Our ADB meeting at the Panorama Hotel was a resounding success, thanks in large part to the hotel itself. The staff provided exceptional service, always attentive and helpful. The lobby made a truly impressive first impression, and the overall cleanliness and attention to detail were evident throughout the entire hotel. Everything was immaculate. If I had one suggestion, it would be to consider updating the tables or perhaps using tablecloths or some other type of covering to give them a more polished look. But honestly, that's a minor point. Overall, our experience at the Panorama was amazing.

A wonderful hotel! Very friendly workers, rooms are clean and comfortable. The restaurant on 5th floor is so comfy with live music. Food is delicious! Visited it with husband and completely satisfied!!!want to express my gratitude to the admins and personnel!

Staying at this hotel has left only the most pleasant impressions! Everything is very clean, cozy and beautiful — it feels like the hotel is well looked after. The rooms are comfortable, with thoughtful details for the convenience of guests. I would especially like to mention the receptionist Anastasia, who is incredibly polite, attentive and friendly! The hotel is wonderful, starting from the reception area.The staff is very polite,attentive, they try their best for their clients and always provide assistance in any matters.The convenient location of the hotel makes it attractive for tourists.Near the market, airport,museums,cafes,excellent barbecue , supermarket Basket.The snacks are very tasty and varied, and the music is quiet and pleasant.There is a swimming pool, Jacuzzi, hammam and steam room.The rooms are stylish, beautiful, and bright.Coffee, tea, water are available in the room, as well as everything for hygienic procedures.But, I would put the attitude towards my guests first.They treat every person with love and respect.We will choose this hotel whenever possible.

We had a wonderful weekend at your hotel and I want to share my impressions. From the very beginning of our stay, we were pleasantly surprised by the attention of the staff, who are always ready to help and create a comfortable atmosphere. I just booked a suite, but the hotel staff was unexpectedly pleased and informed that instead of the usual suite, we would be provided with a presidential suite. The room was spacious and comfortable. My wife was delighted with the Jacuzzi and exercise bike in the room. The breakfast was very varied and delicious. For me, the coffee is an important criterion for the quality of breakfast at the hotel, and it was delicious. But most importantly, the pool and spa area exceeded all expectations: comfortable and clean. I've been to a lot of places, but it was probably only here that I felt such comfort. Quiet music, good water and air temperature, and the opportunity to order food and drinks directly to the sunbed. Thank you for an unforgettable stay! I will definitely recommend your hotel to my friends and acquaintances."

The location of the hotel is convenient, there are many cafes and attractions nearby, which makes your stay even more comfortable. I would especially like to mention the Monica restaurant at the hotel — the cuisine here is just wonderful, and the atmosphere is very pleasant. It's not a bad hotel in the center, I chose it because I came to run a marathon outside the city. Friendly staff, the rooms are clean and tidy, there is tea and coffee in capsules. A very great hotel! We stayed in it for 4 days and didn't want to leave every time! The breakfasts are amazing, the rooms are small, but clean and cozy! The pool (and they have one) is great! In the evening, you sit in the hotel lobby, chat, laugh, and no one drives you anywhere. I definitely recommend it

A strong foursome. There is a good swimming pool and two saunas. Good breakfasts with expensive ingredients. Good sound insulation and a large bed with a comfortable mattress (this is an infrequent occurrence in Uzbekistan), plus the opportunity to choose a pillow according to your preferences.

A great new hotel. Nice rooms, clean and quiet, high-quality cleaning, water is supplied every day. I recommend the pool + spa. It is convenient to get everywhere. Among the disadvantages - there is no mini bar, the room service is scarce. I was expecting a bar on the top floor, but no, on the minus ground floor, not counting the lobby. I haven't been to breakfast or restaurants at the hotel in general, I can't say anything.

Today I was very disappointed with the Panaram's restaurant... we've been wanting to go there with the girls for a long time. I think, as for many people, including me, service plays a significant role. Here, I was completely disappointed. Yes, we didn't book a place initially, but the restaurant was EMPTY. My friend and I were late, and our other friend was already waiting for us at the place. We went in, thought that our friend had already been met and calmly went to her. But then a girl came up to us and asked in a rude tone if we had reserved a table. We replied that it was not. This was followed by a very rude question: "What are we standing here for, girl?" We didn't say anything, and the girl left. At the same time, the waiter did not come up to us. She was rude and left... my friends and I turned around and left, and then we turned around and decided to write a review in their complaint book, which, by the way, we were NEVER GIVEN. They started making excuses , saying that we had just entered. It became unpleasant for us, we are guests here, why is there no proper attitude. The hostess didn't even get up when we entered. There was no question of a greeting. We didn't fight, we just turned around and went to the Japanese Mom, where the hostess works 100%, thank them very much for that.🙏 Panaram's has a lot to learn from Japanese Mom. If you want Premium class status, then you need to at least try to match it.

Nice hotel. Modern furniture. A walk-in closet with lighting, an ironing board, an iron, the possibility of washing and dry cleaning clothes. A normal wet zone. A small swimming pool and a SPA area. Either I was unlucky with the number, or everything is like that. The first is a very uncomfortable and unusual layout of the room: there is no hallway at all, there is a table next to the door that closes the master switch, the bed is close to the entrance and is fully visible even with a small opening of the door. Secondly, my bathroom stank of sewage from a hidden shower drain. Third, there was a 5 cm gap between the shower door and the floor, which I did not immediately notice and poured a full bathroom of water during intended use. At the same time, there is no second drain and I had to shovel all this joy back into the pallet with pens and towels. The only plus is a full-fledged gym with a large selection of iron and sufficient weights. That's actually what the star is for.
