A wonderful hotel in every sense of the word. The spacious and cozy rooms, interesting design, friendly and friendly staff made your stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. Additional relaxation bonuses include a swimming pool and a salt cave, as well as a balcony/terrace with access to the courtyard.
The next trip has already been planned, and we will stay at this hotel again with full confidence.

Our stay at the hotel in Tashkent was just great! The hotel impressed us with its exquisite design, cozy atmosphere and attentive service. The friendly staff was always ready to help and answer any questions. The rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable, with a wonderful view of the city. We also enjoyed the delicious and varied cuisine in the hotel restaurant. The location of the hotel was ideal, in close proximity to the main attractions and transport routes. In general, the hotel in Tashkent exceeded our expectations, and we will definitely return here next time!

Lovely hotel. Small, cozy. Very beautiful original design. Spacious hall. Finishing made of natural wood and stone. The rooms are clean, regular cleaning, refrigerator, air conditioning, TV, underfloor heating. There is a small indoor pool, sauna, fitness room and salt cave. Only they have a salt cave, a great relaxation. Large courtyard with garden and fish pond. In the courtyard there is a large gazebo and a barbecue area. There was always hot water. The breakfasts are delicious from home-made products. The owners are Russian, nice and friendly people. The price is lower than in other hotels of this class. I myself will always stay here and recommend it to everyone.

In the description, the place is sometimes positioned as a boutique hotel. In practice, it is more like a guest house. Actually, the sign at the entrance will read this.
Most of the issues are resolved through the owners, Evgeny and Alla. This has both advantages and disadvantages. The owners will kindly help, prompt, and orient you. In our case, we were somewhat unlucky - our reservation was forgotten. It is appropriate, just in case, to write in advance to the hotel and warn about arrival.
The rooms and grounds are very beautifully and tastefully decorated, nice to walk around. However, there were things that caught the eye: the lamp in the room was not lit, there were bottles used before us in the shower.
But, in many ways, the Charvak tour, which was organized by Eugene, gave us great emotions. It was very cool. She smoothed out the impression of settling in.
In general, the owners try to offer interesting options for staying in Tashkent. Judging by the reviews, it's not just limited to excursions.
In general, I recommend it! But I hope that the room service will be improved.

We stayed at this wonderful hotel in October 2023. The hotel is located in a quiet area, the territory is very green, well-groomed and beautiful: a pond with fish, fruit trees (grapes, persimmons) and beautiful lawns. You can sit outside in the gazebo, drink tea, as if in the country.
The rooms are very clean and large.
Hearty and delicious breakfasts!
We were well received by the owners of the hotel Alla and Eugene. It is clear that everything is done with love. Evgeny and Alla helped with all the questions and treated everyone with great attention.
The hotel has an amazing Russian wood-burning sauna! It's been a long time since we steamed so qualitatively!
A wonderful place! We really want to come back!

We had a rest in September. We have read all the reviews..it's all good. But it turned out not good, but wonderful!!! Words cannot convey how you rest your soul in this oasis. The hotel conveys the atmosphere of Uzbekistan. Thanks to the hosts for their titanic work...For your attention..excursions..delicious food. We give the hotel 10 points and hope to come again.

A wonderful place to relax, I recommend it to everyone! Absolutely homely, cozy atmosphere, very friendly and responsive attitude, everything is organized reasonably and conveniently. We spent three weeks here, we will definitely come again. Swimming pool, breakfast, gym, beautiful comfortable rooms decorated with artistic taste, verandas and balconies. The territory is compact, but very beautifully planned: there are lawns, a gazebo, a table with a barbecue and an open kitchen, a pond with fish. An ideal place to visit Tashkent with your family

The hotel is beautiful and cozy, very clean. The owners of the hotel are Evgeny and Alla, very friendly and respectful people. We arrived in the evening, they helped us with dinner. My suitcase broke down and Evgeny repaired it for me, he also gave me spare bolts with him. There is a beautiful courtyard, from the balcony of the first floor you can go out there. If we have to come to Tashkent again, we will stop there only.

Guest family house "Pan - Asiat" is a paradise in the city! Friendly and hospitable hosts Evgeny and Alla, the original design of the rooms, a beautiful and wonderful courtyard, a pond with fish, friendly staff, delicious breakfasts (guests' wishes are taken into account), an original salt room, a clean pool, a sauna, a quiet and cozy atmosphere, there is a free transfer from the airport. Отдыхали в феврале. Брали номер на двоих. Ресепшн быстро все оформил, обслуживание вежливое. Персонал на все просьбы реагировал быстро.В холле шикарные свежие цветы, атмосферно), можно угоститься шампанским или свежими фруктами!
Помогли донести багаж до номера.
Везде чисто и приятно! Кровать большая, удобная, хорошие подушки,одеяло и матрас. Номер был тихий со всеми необходимыми бытовыми приборами и техникой.
Уборка проводилась ежедневно на высшем уровне, полотенца мягкие и свежие. Косметика с приятным ароматом. Сервис на высшем уровне, это чувствуется! Конечно же, расположение гостиницы просто высший класс, до всех достопримечательностей можно доехать в течении 10-15 минут, да и ночью нестрашно возвращаться, что считаю для туристов не знающих город очень важно.
Минусы: их просто нет. Спасибо за прекрасный отдых !
Без сомнений вернёмся

Мы побывали в раю, в прямом смысле этого слова. Шикарный семейный дом с прекрасным садом. В каждом номере есть свой выход или на балкон или в сад где можно насладиться тишиной и звуком пения птиц. В номере удобная кровать , холодильник, телевизор, кондиционер. Отличный бассейн где можно поплавать, соляная пещера, спортзал. Если нужно, то постирают и погладят вашу одежду. Алла и Евгений очень гостеприимные хозяева. Вкусные завтраки учитывают ваши предпочтения. В саду много цветов, винограда, есть небольшой прудик с рыбками. Евгений свозил нас на экскурсию, показал великолепные места и мы хорошо провели день. Было ощущение, что я дома. Я точно спасла в прошлой жизни планету😂 если еще раз полечу в Ташкент, то обязательно поселюсь опять в Пан Азиат.

Самый лучший персонал - это гостеприимный хозяин! Именно в этом butik-hotel так и есть!!!
Очень тихо, чисто, уютно и это только начало))) , а как красиво нужно заехать и посмотреть!!! Фрески и лепнина просто шедеврально!!!
На базе завтрака, который из домашних яичек Вам приготовит хозяйка Алла.
С очень классной парилкой которую Вам любезно растопит дядь Женя.
Номера очень комфортные! Бассейн теплый и чистый!
Хозяева очень положительные и доброжелательные люди!

I wanted to take a master class on cooking pilaf, but I didn't have enough time. Next time I'll come with time to spare.

Отличный семейный бутик отель!Красиво,уютно,чисто.
Хороший завтрак.
Есть спа зона,с бассейном парилкой и соляной пешерой.
Имеется зона барбекю и летняя беседка,кругом зелень.
Очень атмосферно,сделано со вкусом!

Уютная гостиница. Ощущение, что приехали к родителям на дачу. Номер чистый, пол с подогревом. Фен, чайник, телевизор.
Есть спортзал и небольшой бассейн с гидромассажем, который можно использовать как противоток.
За доплату можно постирать и погладить вещи.

Жили три дня в сентябре, перед вылетом. До этого места, жили в других гостевых домах и отелях. Это лучшее место где мы были. Гостевой дом новый, шикарная, красивая территория, видно, что все сделано с большой Любовью. Евгений, хозяйн дома классный мужик, общались со всей его семьёй. Ощущение такое, как будто приехал к родственникам в гости. Евгений, если ты читаешь это комментарий, I'II be back.
