Nice and cozy, lots of plants, birds, fish in the garden. Convenient open pavilion, sport and barbeque areas for rest. Hosts are very friendly.

A new hotel with excellent service and stylish design. Beautiful well-maintained territory, there is a barbecue area. The breakfast is varied, there is porridge, dairy products, pastries, a variety of fruits according to the season.

Our stay at the hotel in Tashkent was just great! The hotel impressed us with its exquisite design, cozy atmosphere and attentive service. The friendly staff was always ready to help and answer any questions. The rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable, with a wonderful view of the city. We also enjoyed the delicious and varied cuisine in the hotel restaurant. The location of the hotel was ideal, in close proximity to the main attractions and transport routes. In general, the hotel in Tashkent exceeded our expectations, and we will definitely return here next time!

A very nice guest house. Large territory, good rooms. Its own swimming pool, sauna, salt cave. In the yard there is a lake with fish, a gazebo.

Lovely hotel. Small, cozy. Very beautiful original design. Spacious hall. Finishing made of natural wood and stone. The rooms are clean, regular cleaning, refrigerator, air conditioning, TV, underfloor heating. There is a small indoor pool, sauna, fitness room and salt cave. Only they have a salt cave, a great relaxation. Large courtyard with garden and fish pond. In the courtyard there is a large gazebo and a barbecue area. There was always hot water. The breakfasts are delicious from home-made products. The owners are Russian, nice and friendly people. The price is lower than in other hotels of this class. I myself will always stay here and recommend it to everyone.

A wonderful hotel in every sense of the word. The spacious and cozy rooms, interesting design, friendly and friendly staff made your stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. We stayed at this wonderful hotel in October 2023. The hotel is located in a quiet area, the territory is very green, well-groomed and beautiful: a pond with fish, fruit trees (grapes, persimmons) and beautiful lawns. You can sit outside in the gazebo, drink tea, as if in the country.
The rooms are very clean and large.
Hearty and delicious breakfasts!
We were well received by the owners of the hotel Alla and Eugene. It is clear that everything is done with love. Evgeny and Alla helped with all the questions and treated everyone with great attention.
The hotel has an amazing Russian wood-burning sauna! It's been a long time since we steamed so qualitatively!

In the description, the place is sometimes positioned as a boutique hotel. In practice, it is more like a guest house. Actually, the sign at the entrance will read this.
Most of the issues are resolved through the owners, Evgeny and Alla. This has both advantages and disadvantages. The owners will kindly help, prompt, and orient you. In our case, we were somewhat unlucky - our reservation was forgotten. It is appropriate, just in case, to write in advance to the hotel and warn about arrival.
The rooms and grounds are very beautifully and tastefully decorated, nice to walk around. However, there were things that caught the eye: the lamp in the room was not lit, there were bottles used before us in the shower.
But, in many ways, the Charvak tour, which was organized by Eugene, gave us great emotions. It was very cool. She smoothed out the impression of settling in.
In general, the owners try to offer interesting options for staying in Tashkent. Judging by the reviews, it's not just limited to excursions.
In general, I recommend it! But I hope that the room service will be improved.

The hotel is beautiful and cozy, very clean. The owners of the hotel are Evgeny and Alla, very friendly and respectful people. We arrived in the evening, they helped us with dinner. My suitcase broke down and Evgeny repaired it for me, he also gave me spare bolts with him. There is a beautiful courtyard, from the balcony of the first floor you can go out there. If we have to come to Tashkent again, we will stop there only.

We had a rest in February. We took a room for two. The reception quickly arranged everything, the service is polite. The staff responded quickly to all requests.There are gorgeous fresh flowers in the lobby, atmospheric), you can treat yourself to champagne or fresh fruit!

Everything is clean and pleasant! The bed is large, comfortable, good pillows, a blanket and a mattress. The room was quiet with all the necessary appliances and appliances.
The cleaning was carried out daily at the highest level, the towels are soft and fresh. Cosmetics with a pleasant aroma. The service is at the highest level, you can feel it! Of course, the location of the hotel is simply top class, you can get to all the attractions within 10-15 minutes, and it's not scary to return at night, which I think is very important for tourists who do not know the city.
Cons: they just don't exist. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

We have been to paradise, in the truest sense of the word. A gorgeous family house with a beautiful garden. Each room has its own exit either to the balcony or to the garden where you can enjoy the silence and the sound of birdsong. The room has a comfortable bed, refrigerator, TV, air conditioning. A great swimming pool where you can swim, a salt cave, a gym. If necessary, they will wash and iron your clothes. Alla and Evgeny are very hospitable hosts. Delicious breakfasts take into account your preferences. There are many flowers and grapes in the garden, and there is a small pond with fish. Eugene took us on an excursion, showed us great places and we had a good day. It felt like I was at home. I definitely saved the planet in my previous life. If I fly to Tashkent again, I will definitely settle back in Pan Asian.

Very quiet, clean, cozy and this is just the beginning))), but how beautiful you need to stop by and see!!! The frescoes and stucco work are simply a masterpiece!!!

With a very cool steam room that Uncle Zhenya will kindly melt for you.

I wanted to take a master class on cooking pilaf, but I didn't have enough time. Next time I'll come with time to spare.
