Bottom line: a nice and cozy place with delicious and satisfying pancakes, it must be borne in mind that it is not so easy to find information about the pancakes themselves, since even in the coffee shop itself there is only a modest mention of them in chalk on the side wall, the main attention (which is in reality what is on the websites) is cakes and cakes. Although I came back here specifically for the pancakes, which are definitely worth a try if you are in Brest.
