In 2024, I took my winter jacket to Panda dry cleaners. They didn't clean it very well, but there is one more big PROBLEM: inside, all the fur is crumpled, it feels like the jacket was washed in a typewriter. There were lumps all over the jacket. (Somewhere thick, somewhere empty). I gave away my autumn coat, it was cleaned terribly, it feels like they didn't clean it at all, they just put a tag on it and that's it. The pellets haven't been removed, so there's also a nasty smell. After such a dry cleaning, the coat had to be thrown away. They also say that they now have free shipping. To be honest, it would be better to clean well as before than to implement free shipping. I don't know what has changed in this company, but the quality of services is just terrible. Now I don't advise anyone to hand over their belongings to panda.
