She signed up, and eventually waited another 20 minutes after the specified time, and those who arrived without an appointment were told the waiting time was 30 minutes. The master and the manager in one person did not warn about the waiting time, after learning that I was booked, she simply said that I needed to wait and the master was busy for now, and then she left altogether. There was a problem with the paint — they didn't have a suitable color, although it seemed to me that red was not a very exotic color. I appreciate my time and I don't want to sacrifice it or the quality of my haircut/coloring.
