Veronika, the receptionist, is also working on Tuesdays/Thursdays. She is a very pleasant, polite and customer-oriented professional in her field. I give 2 stars that's why: Today, on 13.12, the entire training session was ruined by a disgusting meeting of the administrator, who behaved completely unprofessionally and inhumanely towards the client, which ruined the whole mood for training, because the main thing in stretching is a "clean" head. I would be grateful to the management for resolving this situation and for a more thorough selection of staff. 🙏🫶

Fitness is good, I've been walking for a long time, about 5 years. . I go to the same coach Sveta all the time. In general, everything is fine. The review below about administrators is complete nonsense. They are good, very polite and professional employees, like Veronika and Ekaterina. Most likely, Olga, like others, pays personally to the coach and not to the cashier, so they complain and slander the admins. I don 't like it when there are many people in the classroom - it 's very inconvenient . It would be nice to update the mats in the club - they are torn and do not add pleasure.

This is my favorite fitness club, I recommend it to everyone, there is a wide range of workouts, everyone will find something to their liking. I recommend coach Olga Baskova - she is versatile. It's just a pity that jumping classes (trampolines) are not included in the subscription.
