The overall impression is extremely negative. The service leaves much to be desired, especially considering the price category of the store and the absence of other customers at the time of the visit. Visiting the store left an extremely unpleasant impression due to the boorish attitude of the seller. When asked to provide information about the size of the jackets, the seller reacted with obvious displeasure, refusing to help in the search, but reluctantly went to look at the size. Moreover, the seller's behavior was openly disdainful, which is completely unacceptable in the service industry. The seller's answers ("I won't look for it," "come with the child," "you have to go to school once") demonstrate a complete lack of customer orientation and basic rules of etiquette. This behavior is especially outrageous, given that the store is located in an inconvenient location for me, which required a long journey. The store's management should pay close attention to the work of the staff, especially the quality of service and compliance with standards of courtesy.
