By booking a tour from these guys, you buy a pig in a poke. Holidays in Poland on the Loeb turned out to be blurred due to the "professionalism" of the staff. A room with a balcony was paid for (an additional fee is charged for it.payment). In fact, it turned out that the room did not have a balcony, there was no window. Accompanying Vyacheslav (Ecotours employee) he immediately went on the defensive, saying that I don't know anything, this is not my joint, deal with the owner of the hotel. The owner returned part of the amount for moral damage, but explained that it was not his fault. And I'm inclined to believe, because his arguments were logical and plausible. Even if force majeure happens, everything happens (I am also a human being and I understand that people are wrong), is the accompanying group not obliged to solve the problem on the spot? I was abandoned like a blind kitten, offering to solve everything myself. Thanks! There are no unsolvable tasks. So, gentlemen and ladies, travelers, trust, but check!
