If patients and business development are important to you, please teach the administrator how to communicate with clients, or it is better to replace her altogether (after all, as time shows, I have been contacting this medical center for 2 years, she has not learned how to communicate with clients after explanatory conversations). When I asked her about the possibility of recording for next week, she replied: what are you saying? In such a humorous tone. His entry is for October at best! And then there are a lot of unpleasant things. I am a client, how do I know what kind of queue there is for an appointment, it was possible to adequately say, and not ridicule the client's desire to enroll in your center. I'll sign up next time only if she's communicating normally or if another person is recording.
