I have already written about the Belarus Hotel, which stands like a cherry on a cake in the center of the capital, overlooking the water and the panorama of Minsk. Now I want to tell you about the Panorama restaurant, which is located on the 22nd floor of this hotel! It deserves a separate review! The highlight of the restaurant is, of course, the bird's-eye view! It is especially good in the dark!!! The incomparable panorama with lots of lights creates a unique atmosphere, as if an unusually bright scenery was deployed in a huge theater! And live music in the evenings together with them create a festive mood! The interior of the Panorama restaurant is designed in soothing tones, without unnecessary tinsel and pathos! The courtesy and cordiality of the waiters are at the highest level!! The menu is impressive, from which each guest can choose their favorite dish and it will surely give you a gastronomic pleasure! Bravo to the chef for the original salads, incomparable hot dishes and desserts, more like works of art, and the taste qualities correspond to the original presentation!! And if someone likes to note the details, then pay attention to how small coffee cups correspond to small spoons!! Of course, in the opinion of many, this is a small thing, but how pleasant it is!! I am sure that if you celebrate a family celebration here or just spend a few hours with your loved one, the restaurant staff will provide you with the best conditions!!! We felt it for ourselves! It turned out to be a great time to spend with your loved ones. Excellent cuisine, great view from the window, courteous staff. We were able to find dishes on the menu for both the vegetarian and me, who am fasting. Clean and tidy. It was successful to combine it with a panoramic elevator ride and additionally admire the evening Minsk. I consider this restaurant to be a worthy place for family and business events.

We had a rest here, celebrating the 30th anniversary of graduation, so food and drinks were ordered in advance. Great view of the city and delicious food. The service was fast, and the plates were changed to clean ones very often. But the ordered alcoholic beverages were in no hurry to be taken out, empty bottles were on the table and I had to raise this issue of service a couple of times (. I didn't like the dance floor the most: well, it's very small for so many seats (I had to dance between the tables. And the girl who sang live seemed to us just an amateur. 🤷🏼♀️
