I have already written about the Belarus Hotel, which stands like a cherry on a cake in the center of the capital, overlooking the water and the panorama of Minsk. Now I want to tell you about the Panorama restaurant, which is located on the 22nd floor of this hotel! It deserves a separate review! The highlight of the restaurant is, of course, the bird's-eye view! It is especially good in the dark!!! The incomparable panorama with lots of lights creates a unique atmosphere, as if an unusually bright scenery was deployed in a huge theater! And live music in the evenings together with them create a festive mood! The interior of the Panorama restaurant is designed in soothing tones, without unnecessary tinsel and pathos! The courtesy and cordiality of the waiters are at the highest level!! The menu is impressive, from which each guest can choose their favorite dish and it will surely give you a gastronomic pleasure! Bravo to the chef for the original salads, incomparable hot dishes and desserts, more like works of art, and the taste qualities correspond to the original presentation!! And if someone likes to note the details, then pay attention to how small coffee cups correspond to small spoons!! Of course, in the opinion of many, this is a small thing, but how pleasant it is!! I am sure that if you celebrate a family celebration here or just spend a few hours with your loved one, the restaurant staff will provide you with the best conditions!!! We felt it for ourselves! We were able to find dishes on the menu for both the vegetarian and me, who am fasting. Clean and tidy. We had a rest here, celebrating the 30th anniversary of graduation, so food and drinks were ordered in advance. Great view of the city and delicious food. The service was fast, and the plates were changed to clean ones very often. But the ordered alcoholic beverages were in no hurry to be taken out, empty bottles were on the table and I had to raise this issue of service a couple of times (. The staff is very unpleasant, completely unfriendly - as if they are doing you a favor by serving you. The interior and musical accompaniment leave much to be desired - a teleport straight back to 2005, but the view from the window is certainly good. The quality and taste of the food is good, but the price, in my opinion, is completely unjustified. In general, I do not recommend visiting this restaurant, there are a lot of other places in Minsk where it is tastier, more comfortable and cheaper.

I called to book a table in advance, they didn 't pick up the phone, we arrived , there were enough seats , no one met us at the entrance to the hall , I didn 't understand if they had an administrator position, they chose a table by the window and sat down . The waiters are friendly, the order was prepared quickly enough. Nothing super fancy, delicious chicken meat , I tried mutton from my husband, it's fine too. The shrimps are delicious, but they were superfluous, we ordered too much. After lunch, quite a lot of people gathered, almost a full hall, all 40+. The place is good, the Windows have a magnificent view of Minsk, the interior is decorated in bright colors, neat furniture, chairs. When we paid off , we just got up and went out , none of the staff even turned around , nothing like that , but a little different from the same Hilton or Marriott. Everything is simpler here, but you can have a great rest and have a delicious meal, do not hesitate. We sat in this comfortable atmosphere for almost 4 hours and did not notice how the sun set . A check for two for about 200 rubles , without alcohol, but with plenty of food, meat, salad, soup , appetizer, juices and fruit drinks . We were at lunch, I can't say anything about the evening program , but it's there, with music and performances, and we should visit it another time, in the evening. The rating is good ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ maybe we 'll even come back again ⭐️

Inside, the interior is beautiful, the view from the window is gorgeous, but the whole restaurant is "soaked with a scoop". I liked the kitchen. Yesterday we visited the Panorama restaurant for the first time. The table was not booked (Monday). We went there to get impressions from a dinner at altitude on an important day for us. With a half-empty hall, we were offered the "only free table" against the wall (3 tables in the hall near the windows with a panorama of the night city and stood with signs "reserved"). The waitress was attentive, helped us decide on the choice of dishes, and we saw her at the time of ordering and at the time of changing dishes, in order to pay off we had to look for a waiter ourselves. We tried tartar (3 points out of 5, rather minced meat), beef cheeks with mashed potatoes (reminded of delicious goulash from the dining room) and pork on a bone (a little dry). In my opinion, people go to this place for a view of the city accompanied by dinner, and not vice versa. We wouldn't go back there a second time. It is a pity that such a place brings despondency, and not a desire to visit it again.

This, of course, requires improvement and more thorough training of personnel. As for the kitchen, everything is pretty smooth here. The food is normal, without any special frills, but also without obvious mistakes. The dishes are prepared with high quality, the ingredients are fresh, but there is a lack of some kind of zest, originality that would match such an impressive appearance. The menu is quite diverse, but it could be more interesting, with an emphasis on local products and original recipes. In general, the Panorama restaurant is a place worth visiting for the spectacular view. If you are ready to turn a blind eye to some shortcomings in the service and do not expect culinary revelations, then you will be satisfied. However, if the restaurant management pays more attention to service and culinary skills, Panorama can become not just a restaurant with a beautiful view, but a real gastronomic center of Minsk.

When ordering and booking tables, it was agreed that we would be seated in one place, but in fact we were served in another place in the aisle. Of course, no one warned us about this. The service ends with an indication on the words "these are your tables", then you need to go and ask for everything that interests you. They go to this place for a view of the city, accompanied by a delicious dinner. We won't go back there a second time. It is a pity that such an iconic place for Minsk is depressing, and does not cause a desire to visit it again.

Pancakes with ribs are a godsend: the optimal combination of Belarusian and simply delicious cuisine. The best dish of the whole visit! Carbonara paste for a child - do not come off. It's good that he got a lot, and I got it.

After reading positive reviews about this institution, we decided to visit it. The main goal was to try the draniki, because we are tourists and we would like to try the national cuisine and how we thought it was worth starting from such a cool and popular place. To be fair, the salads turned out to be quite tasty. The view is gorgeous. That's where the advantages ended. For the hot meal, we ordered: pancakes with pork ribs, pancakes with turkey sausage. The pancakes were disgusting, there was no taste of potatoes at all, the taste of ordinary pancakes, my guess is that they overdid it with flour. The turkey sausage was delicious, the ribs were bland. The toilet surprised me the most: plastic transparent dispensers with a sticker on them, standing on the sink and an empty metal dispenser on the wall, a non-working immersion hand dryer and the cheapest toilet paper. This is not a RESTAURANT level. Well, the service is ordinary, not restaurant-level. The officer saw that some dishes were almost not eaten, he did not even ask if we liked everything. The prices that this "restaurant", as they call themselves, puts up are not worth it. And we are not Muscovites, as many people think that they are supposedly spoiled by good establishments. Even in our small town, in an institution that calls itself a restaurant, you will be satisfied with both the food and the interior, starting from the entrance to the institution, ending with the toilet.

I am writing a review in defense of the staff, regarding the review for January 1.I was at lunch with a group and was sitting not far from this table, and we all celebrated the New Year not at all in the Panorama, but on the ground floor (this is a completely different institution).Without asking anyone from the staff, these so-called visitors put several bottles of various alcohol on the table.....even bringing glasses with them...The waiter, delivering the food, asked to take away what he had brought with him..There was no reaction..After a couple of minutes, the receptionist came to the table and also politely asked for a couple of minutes to remove alcohol from the table..But even this request went unheeded.And yes, for the record, such unfortunate guests, on the front door of almost every establishment (and in this one, too), there is a sign saying that it is forbidden to bring and drink drinks brought with them, and with such logic they could bring New Year's olivier, herring under a fur coat, aspic and everything else to the table. We didn't eat enough yesterday)))).If you want to be treated with proper respect, then start with yourself (read the literature on rules of behavior in public places, etc., etc.), although if people still do not have such norms and concepts, then these norms are unlikely to appear.....

We had dinner at this restaurant. The day before we went to book a table, the waiter said that the reservation was 100 rubles, we did not have cash with us, but the receptionist came up, offered to choose a table and did not take any prepayment. I liked everything in the restaurant. The interior is calm, in bright colors. The view from the windows is amazing. The service is fast. There weren't many people. Solyanka and pumpkin soup were taken from soups. The husband appreciated the hodgepodge, pork steak and herring. My pumpkin pie was amazing. The chicken salad with avocado also went well. Well, the pancakes are very nice, gentle. I just wish there was a bigger beer selection.
