The hotel is conveniently located directly opposite the railway station and next to the bus station. The old town is a few minutes' walk away. The check-in was quick, the receptionist, a young man, was friendly. Room 324 was in poor condition, the furniture was dilapidated, however, the bed was comfortable. There is no refrigerator or kettle. Houseeping is an outrage at the hotel. There was only one towel in the room, and that was a small one. The receptionist, of course, brought a set of towels, having done the houseeping work. There are woodlice crawling on the bathroom floor. In addition, there was a persistent smell of tobacco in the room, the previous residents smoked, and the room cleaners did not take care to neutralize the tobacco odor. I didn't ask for a replacement number, but I understand that for many, the smell of tobacco would be a big problem.
The breakfast was quite good for a hotel of this level, the restaurant staff were also friendly.
The Wi-Fi was working well.

The hotel is well located opposite the railway and bus stations. The three-piece is very average. There is no kettle in the room and there is no cooler on the floor. Alternatively, there is a makdak almost in front of the hotel entrance. Breakfasts are not very good. The rooms have small and cramped showers. The reception staff speaks Russian. There are often large groups of teenage athletes or something like that, it can be noisy from them. There is a construction site under the windows, behind the hotel (and this is half of the rooms)

A great hotel in a very convenient location! Opposite the railway station, next to the bus station. There are also Ics there. Under the windows of McDonald's. The view from the window where the elevator is - the whole city.
We took a 2-bed room with an extra bed for a child. They brought a cot, but with a good mattress. We were satisfied. The mattresses on the beds are excellent. The room is warm in winter. The water is hot, the pressure is excellent. Very clean. Bed linen and towels are changed every 3 days.
They took it with breakfast. The buffet. The choice is quite large.
For example, oatmeal porridge, steamed vegetables, buckwheat porridge, pasta with minced meat. They have sausages and sausages. A large selection of sausage-cheese cuts. There are three types of cereal with milk or yogurt. Cucumbers - tomatoes, lettuce. Juices, tea, coffee. There are always fruits: apples, pears, oranges. Cookie. Jams, butter. In general, there is something to eat and feed the child!
A huge plus is that everyone speaks Russian. You can ask for advice, they will explain. They are friendly.
Great wifi!
You can leave your belongings in the luggage room before the train after departure. For free!
Next time we'll stop here!

One of the advantages. Location. Near the railway and bus station, McDonald's, the old town is just around the corner. Friendly staff. Good breakfasts.
It's clean enough (except for the floor).
From the upper floors there is a beautiful view of the city and Castle Hill.
One of the disadvantages.
There is no refrigerator, kettle, or water in the room (there is also no cooler in the hotel, only a coffee machine at the reception for 4 euros). The carpet is stained, requires cleaning or even better replacement, furniture with signs of wear.
There is a construction site right next to the hotel, exactly from the side where the panorama of the city is. There is still a panorama, but it may not be available soon.
In general, a good option for a couple of nights, especially for those traveling in transit.

The last floor has a view of the city.Good location near two train stations. But- in the evening there is no place to have a snack / there is a McDonald's nearby / alcohol is in the refrigerator at the reception. The hotel is not expensive and convenient in order to stay for a day to continue the journey further. I was impressed by the panoramic views of the city from the lobby of the floor. Disappointed in the audibility of the walls. But the price pleases and it compensates for some disadvantages. And I am very disappointed with the receptionist in the lobby. There was a family in front of me who spoke a foreign language and the receptionist was polite and courteous. As soon as I started talking to him in Russian, he abruptly became gloomy and I felt disdain for my person. But I don't baptize children with him. Rating 3

Stylish, which is pleasantly pleasing - not arrogant, restrained and concise, as they say now - functional as much as possible. The rooms are large, comfortable, have a place to turn around, with wide beds and incredibly wide windows. Literally open towards the historical center. A wonderful hotel, beautiful views from the windows, the name is justified one hundred percent, the Old Town on the one hand and the train station on the other. It's expensive, of course, 65 euros, but it's worth it. The Gate of Dawn to the Old Town is about a kilometer away, 15 minutes on foot without hurrying. The rooms are beautiful, Art Nouveau style with avant-garde, the aunt at the reception speaks all languages of the world, everything is very benevolent, my applause.

If you need to go to the airport early in the morning, it is also convenient (Uber for 5-7 euros). The room is small, already tired and in need of renovation, but quite comfortable (especially for a short overnight stay). The staff is very responsive. We didn't take breakfast, because we left early. There is a 24-hour McDonald's nearby, and at the bus station there is a large IKI grocery store (not 24-hour). The area at night is not the best for walking, the contingent there is still walking...
