В данный момент отдыхаю в этом отеле очень плохое обслуживание в номерах в ванной комнате уже у нас не убираются третий день. Первый день когда мы заселились кондиционер нам чинили два дня. Шведский стол столовой почему-то очень много блюд пережаренные и если ты приходишь попозже поужинать то всё холодное. Один большой плюс это расположение гостиницы что можно пойти выйти погулять но сотрудникам отеля это никакого отношения не имеет. Официанты молодцы убирают все быстро и приносят оперативно быстро. На пляже лежаки свободные есть. Вкусно кормят в баре при море. Развлекательная программы очень слабо. Русскоговорящего на ресепшене человека нет. Так что я вам не рекомендую ехать в этот отель.

Staying at this hotel has left the most pleasant impressions! From the very first days, we felt comfort, care and a high level of service. The hotel staff is very friendly, helpful and always ready to help. Communication was as comfortable as possible: the staff tried to understand the guests in Russian, English, with the help of an interpreter or gestures — and always with a smile. Thanks to this attitude, the language barrier was not felt at all. The room was clean, cozy and well prepared for a comfortable stay. Daily cleaning was carried out in the mornings, bed linen and towels were changed regularly, and tea, coffee and sugar were replenished. It is very nice to see such attentive attitude towards the guests. I was also pleased with the food: a varied buffet with a good selection of both local dishes and familiar food. Everything was delicious, high-quality, and every day you could find something to your liking. I would like to mention the general atmosphere separately — the kindness, understanding and sincere desire to help from the staff and local residents made the stay especially comfortable. Thank you to the entire staff of the hotel for the excellent service, cleanliness, comfort and warm welcome! The rest was wonderful, there were only positive emotions. We will be happy to come back again and recommend your hotel to others!
