Very good. I stayed in this hotel for several months. The behavior of the staff is excellent. It has a good breakfast. It is very clean. There is no washing machine only in the suites. It is good for people who care about peace and beautiful view.

A great hotel in a quiet location with a wonderful view of the city! Very polite and friendly young people work at the reception. We arrived late in the evening, without prior reservation, and were offered a large family room with three bedrooms, a kitchen-living room, and two bathrooms for the price of a regular room. At first we stayed for three nights, then we added three more. The accommodation was pleasant and comfortable. The hotel has good breakfasts, no fuss, but everything is fresh and delicious. There is also a tennis court, and the children have taken a game lesson. In general, the place is ideal for a relaxing family stay. There are no shops or catering facilities within walking distance, but we were by car, it didn't bother us. For the "horseless", you can order food and groceries with delivery from the nearest shops and restaurants.

Beautiful view of the city and the sunsets, if you cut the construction site around) Of the cons, in my opinion: The rooms are old, there is a construction site everywhere, it will not work to walk near the hotel, there is no game room.

A beautiful and comfortable hotel with pleasant staff. In September, we stayed in a huge room for the price of a regular room, including a kitchen,3 rooms, a hall, 3 bathrooms. The hotel has a swimming pool, which is cleaned daily, a tennis court and all this with a view of Yerevan. The hotel staff is very friendly and left the best impressions.the breakfasts are delicious.

A wonderful place! Perhaps the best price/quality ratio in Yerevan. Delicious breakfast, clean, beautiful view, quiet at night. There's a construction site all around, yes… But if it weren't for the construction site, a room with two bedrooms and two bathrooms and also breakfast wouldn't cost as much as it costs. Also with a swimming pool. I highly recommend it!

Pros: very beautiful view of Yerevan. As elsewhere in Armenia, the food is very tasty. There are apartments for very large companies. Cons: you have to drive around half the city to get to the center. Night shops are still far away. The string is around, but it's temporary. And so, I advise you, it's really very quiet here, relative to the center.

Good afternoon. We stayed at this hotel for a couple of days, but unfortunately we couldn't get enough sleep. The room was overlooking the city, it was beautiful in the evening, but mosquitoes, midges, insects (bedbugs) spoiled the whole impression of the trip. The wish for the hotel is to invite an organization to eliminate bedbugs., it is very scary to sleep in such bedrooms.

We were not guests of the hotel, but we came to the pool! The pool is 6500 AMD, the prices at the bar are pleasant, the pool is generally good, there are a lot of places on weekdays. Construction site, dust. There is an active development on all sides of the hotel, with cranes, trucks and the corresponding noise and dust. There is no longer a view of Ararat, it was closed by the construction of a neighboring house. There is a view of Yerevan, quite beautiful. In our room, there was no air conditioning in the bedrooms, there was only in the living area. The food is delicious, both breakfast and lunch. The center is 20-30 minutes away by taxi.

A good hotel, a very beautiful view from the mountain to the whole of Yerevan. Clean, delicious food to order for dinner, a simple but quite decent breakfast. Both children and adults were well fed. The lunchbox at an early departure is above all praise. Very good staff: everything that was asked for was done flawlessly, and there was no unnecessary annoying service. You can get there both by public transport (bus 27, but, attention, NOT minibus 27), and by very accessible Yandex.Taxi.

We didn't live in the hotel, we went to the pool. Everything is bad. The pool is small, you can't find a staircase to it if you don't know where it is. The sun beds themselves are cheap, plastic. The shower is public, you can't even wash properly, you can't rinse your swimsuit. A locker room without benches, just a room with drawers, locked with a flimsy key that you have to carry with you, not a bracelet. Any kind of music, the payment terminal is not working. There is not much of a view like this, because there is a construction site going on around. We won't be back anymore
