The only advantage is the sea view. But I think other coastal cafes have it too.
Minuses:
1. It is very difficult to get there, from the bus you still have to stomp on the construction site, the entrance is not from the pedestrian street, but from the highway, from the sea.
2. A very smoky room
3. There is no information about banquets anywhere, we fretted after reading reviews for half an hour in order to hear that there would be a banquet in an hour and they would not have time to feed us. At least they would have offered tea...

We had a rest in Baku in July 2024. We visited many cafes and restaurants, but constantly returned to the "Panoramic"! Everything is great here: the food, the staff, the atmosphere, the music! The dishes are served without delay, there are Russian or English-speaking waiters who will help you with your choice. We didn't find a single flaw in this restaurant!!! The prices are acceptable. Great view of the coast. Everyone is REQUIRED to visit!!!
