The impressions of the hotel are somewhat contradictory. The reception staff was very friendly and helpful, and our room had windows to the courtyard and mountain views. The room is quite spacious, in good condition, the mattress on the bed is comfortable. There are two swimming pools in the courtyard, a small round "paddling pool" and a normal one for swimming. There are sun loungers with towels around the pool, sofas with pillows, tables and gazebos. There is an indoor pool in the building with warm water and a sauna. The time spent visiting the indoor pool and sauna is divided into men's/women's/combined. The hotel was almost empty on weekdays, and many families with children arrived on weekends. The only thing that somewhat worsened the impression of staying at this hotel was the music. She plays in the courtyard all the time, and loudly. Even when there's no one there, even if it's already evening. Closed windows do not help, and there was no desire to breathe air-conditioned air. In the evening, when you ask the staff to turn off the music, they turn it off, but you don't like having to ask for it, and even during the day without music, or when it's quieter, it's much more pleasant. Otherwise, it's a good hotel, but if you don't like the "disco" all day, it's better to take a room with windows facing the other way.

2-3 minutes drive from the "Barrel". Pleasant air, and a view of the mountains. There is a cinema, massage and spa, outdoor and indoor pools, Playground, wonderful kitchen/ bar, prices are adequate. Although the territory is not large, we were on weekdays (for holidays), there was no evening program, it was quiet. There were many Hindus. In the room, the TVs are ordinary, not smart without YouTube (someone may be a plus), they connected a computer for children.

The hotel is generally OK, but there is a lack of staff, as it takes a long time to wait for room water and other things. Music feels superfluous outside during the day. The staff at the hotel's restaurant leaves much to be desired, as there is a 30% chance that you may get the wrong food, as you either did not hear it or the picture on the menu does not match the dish. + the staff does not speak English normally (except for the reception staff)

Everything is super, clean air, the room itself, the view from the room, the pool and sauna, the cinema, everything you need for a great vacation in the mountains. There are also disadvantages and this is food, except for breakfast, which is included in the price, lunch and dinner already have to be bought at the hotel restaurant and it is very expensive and some items are not edible.

We were there for 2 days. We liked everything very much. The rooms and the hotel grounds are clean. The staff is very friendly. The towels are white and spotless. The dishes in the restaurant are delicious and the prices are reasonable, which is important. The sauna and swimming pool are open. It is a pity that the karaoke was not in working order. If you are spoiled by massage, then I do not advise you to go for a massage. If you get it occasionally, then you can.
In general, the director of the hotel keeps everything under control. 👍

An excellent club hotel, the water in the pool is clean, the temperature is normal, there are enough sun beds and umbrellas, towels are distributed right by the pool. Everything is clean and tidy. The service is fast, a large selection of drinks and dishes for the whole family and preferences. It is delicious and surprisingly not cosmically expensive (the average check of a Tashkent institution). The room is clean, the breakfast is quite varied. The service does not really pump up. A great place, especially for families with children. I liked the attitude of the staff, delicious breakfasts. There is a sauna, a swimming pool, a children's playground and a cinema. The room is clean enough. The staff also helped to find a driver to go to the mountains, for which they are especially grateful.

It seems to be one of the best places to relax outside the city!
A positive impression was created already at the booking stage: quick answers to all questions on the case, no discrepancies with reality in the end.
1. Excellent location - stunning mountain views, away from the hustle and bustle.
2. A well-built small hotel with its very well-groomed territory!
3. Everything is new, everything is neatly done and smart: on the 1st floor there is a "Spa complex", but in fact it is a swimming pool with warm water, sauna, showers, a spacious recreation room and a locker room. There are no massages, etc. from the SPA, but, personally, we did not need it. Everything is very clean and beautiful, there are hats and flip-flops for the forgetful.
There is also a children's room (without a babysitter) and a small cinema, but with very comfortable chairs
On the 1st floor there is a spacious restaurant with unobtrusive quiet music and access to the street in the warm season
on the 2nd floor and above the rooms
4. We were accommodated in a junior suite - a spacious room with panoramic windows and a balcony with mountain views. Incredibly comfortable beds, snow-white linen, a kettle and a coffee machine in the room, a mini bar. Again, clean, warm, very cozy. Cleaning on demand, there is a room service. For children, you can put a playpen crib and a mattress for those who are older - everything is in excellent condition!
5. Restaurant: breakfast at low load - ready set (very diverse, you won't stay hungry!) the rest of the time - a buffet, too, quite itself. Everything is very tasty, Beautiful serving on the menu for lunch and dinner. The only big disadvantage is very expensive. The minus is smaller - there is nothing for children under the age of 3. I asked to make mashed potatoes (a side dish from another dish) and boiled chicken from Caesar salad for the baby - they counted 75,000 + service ... ((( A very small minus - the waiters understand Russian very poorly.
6. Fenced very well-groomed territory, 2 swimming pools in summer (closed in winter), a very good Playground, table tennis. comfortable gazebos for companies, they say, will soon be glazed so that it is warm in winter.

A wonderful place - a view of Chinorkent and the surrounding mountains. Everything is clean, the rooms are new - bathrobes, slippers, snow-white towels, the pool is clean and cool - for children and adults, beach towels are laid out separately on the sun beds, the restaurant is delicious and sincere, there is an outdoor cinema outside, everyone watched a movie for dinner.

The best place to relax! Gorgeous rooms, good service, courteous staff, attentive management, wonderful cuisine. I really liked the cinema - everything is on the level. There is a restaurant, a sauna, a swimming pool, a children's room, a small gym with exercise equipment. And what a view ! Now only there!

We lived in this hotel in August 2022, the hotel is good, but it is located 25 km from the reservoir, but if by car it is not a big minus, the rooms are good, but the business differs from the standard only in price and coffee machine, it seems to be cleaned only when you ask (there were 2 days the garbage was not removed) in room 506 after using the shower it is necessary also wipe the floor. The breakfasts are good, but the restaurant looks like it has 7 stars (the prices are terrible, in Tashkent restaurants such prices are not everywhere). It is better to go to the cafe "Novy Arbat" (6 km to the reservoir country), for the amount that you spend in the restaurant for a snack, you can eat in the fourth and just burst. The staff is friendly.

I booked 2 rooms a month before the planned arrival on certain dates, contacted the hotel via telegram, indicated the total cost of 2.7K. They asked to make a 50% prepayment. As I paid, they said they counted incorrectly and the price will be 3.6K. Okay, I agree. A month passes, we arrive at the hotel and I am informed that the price has changed and it is necessary to pay for 4.4 K.
I tried to explain that I specifically booked for the month, made an advance payment and the price was fixed. The hotel did not agree with my arguments, asked to talk to the management - it also refused. In the dry balance: zero customer orientation, complete indifference to agreements! He turned around and drove away, found a beautiful place nearby where he stayed. But, the mood was spoiled. And, the funniest thing is that the hotel did not receive a profit from me and no one will come to "my rooms", since the load was minimal. Not only do they not care about the guests, they also lost on the economic component!
