Everyone is very polite, the people are sincere, they always meet you halfway. For entertainment, there is a library, table tennis, badminton. The territory is large, you can also take a walk to the neighboring pension Litfond. Wi-fi in Pitius is available only in the halls, unfortunately not in the rooms. Smart maids, cleaning every day! On the downside, repairs have not been done for a very long time, plumbing and old furniture are leaking in many rooms. Still, I would like the owner of such a wonderful boarding house to invest in it and renovate it a little.

And if you spend the whole day on the beach or excursions, then it is quite acceptable for a summer vacation. The food is homemade and satisfying, if you want variety, you can always have a snack at the on-site cafes. I've rested in Pitsunda several times — it's the most cozy place here!

We had a rest in August 2024, a two-room room, floor 7, the elevator worked perfectly, I really liked the room, I am delighted with the herringbone parquet! I haven't seen this for a long time! We cleaned every day, very clean, thanks to the maids! The bed is modern, the bed linen is too. The food in the cafeteria is normal, only the portions of the second for lunch and dinner are tiny, like in kindergarten, if you do not take salads, you will be hungry.As it is, everyone has never been poisoned. In the evening we went to Mikhalych's cafe. I really liked the shish kebab, khachapuri, pizza, and their cognac, khinkali, not so much. The excursions with Beslan are incomparable, well done! And most importantly, the beach and the sea!!! We rode the elevator longer than we walked to the water, the coastline is very good! We'll eat again in 2025, if possible.
