Everyone is very polite, the people are sincere, they always meet you halfway. For entertainment, there is a library, table tennis, badminton. The territory is large, you can also take a walk to the neighboring pension Litfond. Wi-fi in Pitius is available only in the halls, unfortunately not in the rooms. Smart maids, cleaning every day! On the downside, repairs have not been done for a very long time, plumbing and old furniture are leaking in many rooms. Still, I would like the owner of such a wonderful boarding house to invest in it and renovate it a little.

I liked it very much. A quiet, peaceful place. Without fuss and crowds of people. The beach is clean, there are sun beds. The sea is just wonderful, warm, clear, turquoise in color. The room had everything you needed: Split, refrigerator, TV was cleaned every day. The food in the dining room is delicious, especially the buns for dinner.

The hotel is old, the furniture is worn out, the surroundings of the 80s, many public areas are not working, the atmosphere has been preserved there since the 80s of the 20th century, if you look "behind the glass", you can remember your childhood in Java, the room stock is also far from new, but it is kept in a very clean and completely in working condition, even there are condees, they give out an iron, there is a hair dryer. The biggest plus is the stunning arboretum with all kinds of vegetation in Abkhazia, including reeds and real bunches of grapes, lemons, oranges, and peaches... Morning buses even bring tourists specially to admire these beauties. There are also huge disadvantages, as in the whole of Abkhazia - this is the most negative or detached attitude of some staff, as well as a huge minus is the beach, where the sun beds are really occupied at 5 a.m., with stray dogs who have bald spots from fleas and ticks, whose suffering you will see around the clock and they will become even more walk on your slippers and towels on the beach. This problem with dogs is also in the neighboring Literary Fund, where the inner comfort is, of course, more arranged, but the prices are 2-3 times higher. The sea, of course, is a fairy tale, you can't say anything. And, despite the fact that I was in Pitius a few years ago and the cost of this boarding house was almost 3!!! two times lower than the cost of the neighboring one, but the room cleaning and the quality of the food were better, this, of course, covers all the disadvantages compared to the neighboring establishment.
