Unfortunately, we arrived late to check into the hotel. Adam, the charming and humorous receptionist, met us at the reception. The friendly hostess/director of the hotel, Manana, solicitously asked if we were well settled. After checking in, Adam organized dinner for us. Special thanks! After dinner, we went up to the room. As stated in the photo, the room has a mountain view. Great view! The room was clean, cool and comfortable, which pleased us. The bathtub, sink, and toilet are perfectly clean. TV and Wi-Fi work great. Wi-Fi catches YouTube and Instagram without a VPN. The cost of the rest included three meals a day: breakfast, lunch and dinner. The food is homemade, my husband and I are omnivores, and everything was fine with us. First, the hot dishes — everything was very tasty. Two types of salad, 2-3 types of the second, meat, fish, compotes, fruit drinks, watermelon, tangerine fruit drinks/ jam, dogwood jam... Everything is very, very decent for that kind of money. You can buy water, ice cream, and cake at the hotel. If someone gets hungry after the main dinner, by 9 p.m. they can order (for their own money, at reasonable prices) a second dinner: pork kebab, chicken kebab, nuggets, French fries, khachapuri, trout. I focus on the awesome cooked trout — it's juicy and delicious. Excursions can also be booked at the hotel... The hotel is a 7-15 minute walk away (it all depends on what step you are aiming for the sea)) down a shady alley. There are few tents along the way, but there are stalls with souvenirs, gifts, and accessories for the sea. And also fruits, berries, wine, chacha. There is also a small shop where you can buy everything you need. The sea is crystal clear water, without algae, without jellyfish and fish. The shore is pebbly, and special shoes are needed here. We were on an excursion: a jeep trip to Lake Ritsa and the Geghi Waterfall. During the trip to the waterfall and Lake Ritsa, there was a tasting of wine (expensive), cheese, meat, honey. Lunch in the mountains in a cafe: small portions. The tour is awesome... awesome.. cool... Beautiful places, mesmerizing mountains, an icy waterfall — everything is beautiful and impressive. I want to go back.

We were in the Riviera in September 2025. I really liked it. The food is simple, but very tasty. At the request of the child, sour cream and soup were additionally provided in the evening. You can order shish kebab and fish for dinner at the bar - we took it 2 times, it was delicious. To the sea, 10 minutes walk with a child and a grandmother. The room is clean, the floor is cleaned every day. The territory is gorgeous, lots of fruit and ornamental plants, flowers, beautiful lighting in the evening. There are various recreation areas, a playground, and a children's playroom. A quiet, cozy place for a family vacation. I would like to say a special thank you to the staff, headed by the manager: they were all responsive, met minor requests, and helped with the round-trip transfer to Sochi airport.

We have been vacationing since August 9, 2025. We really liked the territory.Closed, very green, well maintained.Tangerines, figs, persimmons, kiwis, ever-flowering tropical shrubs, palm trees, pines, etc. grow.There is a bamboo corner with a seating area.It's very fresh in the evening and pleasant.On the territory you can lie on the sun beds with a mattress and a lot of different summer furniture.A children's pool is not a pool, of course.The tap water is cold and not adapted as a swimming pool.ours didn't swim naturally.There is a paid bar where they cook.Whatever you want.We ordered wings, khachapuri, French fries, and shish kebab.They cook very well.Drinks are available at the bar, and prices are almost the same as in the shops.In the hotel itself, in our two-room room 204, the conditions are good.Air conditioning, TV,refrigerator.In the bathroom, tual.paper and soap.The shower was working well.The only curtain that wasn't very fresh was in the bathroom.They knocked almost every day to clean the rooms and take out the trash.After three days, all the towels were changed.The bed and towels are all of normal quality.I chose this hotel because of my granddaughter of 7 years and 16 years and did not visit.There is a lot of entertainment for children on the territory, and since the territory is closed, the children played quietly until late.Very friendly and calm.The staff is very friendly.There is an immediate response and assistance for any request.The food is a buffet.In the morning, one kind of porridge, eggs or omelette, casserole, butter, pancakes and delicious kiwi or tangerine jams.The delicious coffee exceeded my expectations.And the tea is delicious too.There was enough food at any time.And we weren't hungry.There's not enough meat, I'll tell you right away.I noticed it was a little difficult to please the children.Maybe ours was like that.It is a 10-minute walk to the beach, taking a quiet step along a shady road.Where there are places selling the most necessary goods for the beach and gifts and souvenirs.The beach is clean.For money, sun beds and umbrellas.The Wi-Fi on site is excellent everywhere.The sea was very warm, 28 g, the cleanest and most beautiful turquoise.Our vacation exceeded all our expectations and was a great success.Disadvantages can be found naturally, but the beauty around and the friendly atmosphere of the staff interrupt everything and these are the little things.The hotel management is obviously trying very hard for vacationers and keeps the brand.The hotel on the strong 3+.We've been to a lot of places, but I really liked it here.Children and adults did not get sick.I would like to come back here next year.We wish success, health and prosperity to the hotel and the manager.All the best.Thanks for the rest!
