The tinctures, the serving is beautiful, but the taste, brrrr, is rustic without heads and tails, beer is also not important. Conclusion, go eat delicious and inexpensive food, and drink a lot..Koo, it's very good, I don't recommend the rest of the alcohol (which I tried). Kvass is delicious. Impressions? We went by the reviews and for good reason - the place is very cool! The main thing: an extensive menu (there are plenty to choose from), a normal adequate price tag (the two of us sat for 85p. with alcohol, while we ate to the brim) and fast service. Actually, when we arrived, it was almost full boarding, the waiter immediately warned that the waiting time for the dishes was about an hour, but in fact, after 35 minutes, we already had everything we ordered on the table. I think that in these conditions, the kitchen and the waiter worked just fine. There are no questions about the quality of the food at all: everything is very tasty and satisfying, the portions are normal (I, a man of 100 kg, ate very well). We had 2 first courses, two second courses, 1 cold appetizer (honey mushrooms in butter with onion, mmmm, vodka is great), two beers and two glasses of vodka. We were completely satisfied and strongly recommend this restaurant.

A pleasant place to enjoy Belarusian cuisine. The menu has a good selection, but it's not huge. The prices are very affordable! Everything that was ordered was deliciously cooked. The draniki are excellent. The waiting time was longer than we would have liked, but we tested the place on Saturday evening, so I hope it will be faster at other times. Very tasty and soulful! I read some not very good reviews and, with some apprehension, we still went to eat. We may have been lucky, but they served us very quickly and politely. Fearing that it would take a long time to carry the order, we ordered a second beer in advance and, oh, a miracle! It arrived in just a couple of minutes.

A wonderful place, Pansky Dranik!!! The guide advised. I highly recommend you to visit! The only drawback is very large portions!!! You can order one dranik for three people, look at the menu, there is a portion weight! We ordered a branded one, its weight is about 800 grams, so count on your strength! The original serving of liqueurs has improved a lot, I also advise you to visit it at least once. Pansky Dranik is one of the best establishments in Minsk. Gorgeous kitchen, without exaggeration.. Sooooo delicious, large portions and reasonable prices. Friendly staff. I would like to highlight the work of waitress Anastasia. The girl knows the menu perfectly well. He responds promptly to all requests. I offered the children dishes that they were delighted with (although it's hard to surprise them with anything).
I recommend it to everyone, and we will definitely return there ourselves when we are in Minsk.

Delicious draniki, delicious borscht. A reasonable price tag.
And two things were especially pleasing. First, there is enough space (and there are separate rooms) to comfortably accommodate a large company.

One of the advantages is the location and a very pleasant waitress who helped with the choice.
Everything else is on the downside. The atmosphere is not very inviting. The radio was playing in the background with songs by Kirkorov and Baskov. But everything would be fine if it weren't for the tasteless food. We ordered sea buckthorn tea and received warm water with a slight taste of sea buckthorn. The borscht is not rich, with two small pieces of meat that we barely found.

The food is delicious, draniki, salads, dessert with apple and ice cream is very tasty. It can take up to an hour to prepare large meals, and we need to plan for it, but we managed to get everything in 30 minutes. We took a set of tinctures, but they are on moonshine, I want this whole set of flavors in a soft package, so as not to be like a crazy empress after them. A solid five, I recommend it.

It's not a bad place with good cuisine but "weird" service.
I was with my wife. Overall, I liked the kitchen, as well as the speed of service. But at the same time, at first they refused to serve us, saying that there were no places, then that in an hour a large company would be served in the restaurant. To my remark that the time of our stay depends entirely on the speed of the service, with a sour face, the man (apparently the manager or the senior in the hall) agreed to let us in.
Then we were told that the shingles would take too long to prepare (!), okay, we ordered other items. They arrived pretty quickly.
Well, as a "cherry on the cake" - the bill brought turned out to be "not ours". After the request for recalculation, the price decreased from 90 kopecks of bel.rubles to 60.
At the same time, during our entire stay there, there were many empty seats in the cafe, and the table reserved for the company only for our departure began to fill with visitors. What was that? What is this demonstratively negative attitude towards customers?

We visited the Pani dranik in Sennitsa and were very pleased with everything, the food was hot from the heat.
But here everything is warmed up, it was barely warm, the main thing was the same, but here focaccia is not a hot flatbread, but cold as in the store, but the most unpleasant thing is that I ordered borscht, and they brought me soup, and the waitress proved to me that it was borscht, just the beetroot boiled, and then she just said I'll tell you if you don't like it, but then she came up and offered me something else, but there was no desire to wait 20 minutes for the barely warmed soup!
Honestly, it's not nice when one network serves and cooks food in such different ways!

When we arrived in Minsk, we looked at places where you can eat delicious food. we saw this place only with a different address, one woman who explained the draniki so deliciously that the whole family came to the pan dranik and ordered draniki, soups, glasses and salads. If you want to enjoy Belarusian cuisine, a warm welcome and a homely atmosphere, then you are definitely here! We did not celebrate the birthday with a big company, everyone was very satisfied. All the dishes, which we ordered in a large assortment according to the taste of each guest, were cooked at home and very tasty.Special thanks to the administrator Tatiana, accepted the reservation, suggested that it is better to decide on the dishes in advance so as not to wait long for the serving. And the pitch was, as they say, hot from the heat! And the girl Anastasia, who serves us with attention and warmth of hospitality, is very grateful. To order, I definitely recommend "Dranik on zbuynitsky" this dish is beyond praise. In the future, we will definitely visit this institution and, of course, advise others. Yes, we were at Volodarsky 10. Thanks to the team of this cafe!

We recently visited the restaurant "Pansky dranik", and, unfortunately, our experience turned out to be ambiguous.
I'll start with the pros: the prices are really nice, the portions are large, and the place itself looks clean and well maintained.
Unfortunately, the positive aspects end there.
Now about the cons. There are obvious problems with the service here. The waitress is quite rude, it seems that she is annoyed by visitors.
The Coke was not initially counted and was not taken out.
The ordered sour cream was also not taken out.
The coffee on the menu is indicated as 400 ml, but in fact they brought us only 200-250 ml.
And the food itself turned out to be very greasy.
In addition, the waitress advised to wait with the ice cream order so that it would not be taken out first. When we offered to take it out at the end, she just ignored our request and pretended not to hear. As a result, we didn't order it at all.
In general, the "Pansky dranik" left us with mixed feelings. I hope the management will pay attention to the comments.

The cafe is open until 00:00, we arrived late from the tour, decided to have dinner there, came at 22:50, we were told that we would not be served, as the kitchen was open until 23:00. When asked what you can offer us to cook as quickly as possible, they answered "nothing" the kitchen is closed. So write that the kitchen is open until 23:00, so that people don't count on you.
This whole story was filled with two "sauces". At the bar, the man refused to pour alcohol at 23:00, and the conflict was heard by the entire room in the cafe. And at one of the tables, a girl asked the waiter, "When will my coke arrive?" to which the waiter replied, "so you didn't ask for it, you just asked if it was there or not." Customer orientation is at a low level. I don't understand how this institution got 5 points. Or maybe we were so unlucky....

It seemed that the waitresses had forgotten about us after setting the table. Empty dishes were not cleaned on time, and no one kept order on the table. If something was needed, then one of the guests had to go and call the waitress. The quality of the dishes was quite decent, but such trifles certainly spoil the impression.

The establishment's Wi-Fi is not working well, as a result of which I had to listen to scandals at the bar for 10 minutes due to the denial of service of other customers - the bar is served only by those who are allowed by the waiter.
We didn't understand so many good reviews.
Addendum after the institution's response:
1) check your watch - it was 23:45 on mine
2) soups were not offered to us, the girl rudely refused service on the move, because the kitchen is closed. We were hungry and would have agreed to soups.
They weren't interested in the bar, because other visitors were denied service in front of us
3) we stood for 17 minutes, because we couldn't order a taxi with your "wonderful" WiFi! It's funny to read the restaurant's response.
For 17 minutes, 3 people tried to download the app and set a route to another point.
4) if you have such an "attitude" towards regular visitors, and judging by your answer, it's better to avoid you right away. An adequate administration would have drawn conclusions from the negative feedback and tried to smooth over the incident.

Mixed impressions, so I'm not underestimating it too much.:

We haven't even tried any draniki.
From what we ate: a couple of soups, caesar, a couple of drinks: basically everything is mediocre: borscht is a little empty, lemonade was brought to the child warm, in a small glass and without anything at all - like a glass of water ... and it's important to the children how it looks and there is a reasonable association with what is called lemonade in restaurants / cafes.
Caesar: everything tastes great for the ingredients and sauce, BUT: the sauce (= mayonnaise with garlic) was added so much that it simply became impossible to eat normally, for a small portion of salad there are 50 grams of mayonnaise.... This dish is ruined - balance is important.
I hope we were just unlucky and maybe the signature dishes would have changed our minds.
PS: in my opinion, the interior is rustic and bluntly made, it's not cozy, it doesn't meet the price tag.
