A wonderful hotel for children and adults (to get away from children :)). We stayed from 08/30/2025 to 09/5/2025 in a family chalet. And all this time, they practically drove their youngest daughter home: animator Tatiana actively engaged the children of the entire hotel from the very morning until late at night - they were delighted! Thanks a lot to her! The house was very comfortable for a large family: 2 rooms, each with a TV, the bed linen was changed after 2 days (it was in perfect condition, it was just crunching - its own laundry on site). There are 2 swimming pools on site: cold and heated (which is very convenient in the morning and evening), and the hotel is always clean. You can do laundry in the laundry room (200 rubles / load), and how delicious the food was: my 3 fastidious ran with pleasure to the dining room! There is a private beach 100 m from the hotel, with sun beds, a free trampoline and a cafe. The hotel provides beach towels. There is also a cafe on the territory of the hotel itself, where, at quite democratic prices, you can order a "boat with cheese and egg", delicious treats for children and a set of delicious cocktails;) Thank you very much to all the staff of the hotel for a wonderful stay!

Rest for the top five. Today is our last day at this hotel, the rooms are lovely and cozy. It was 100% justified. I have a big family and it is very important for us that everyone has proper sleeping places. The house is two-room, cozy, everything you need is there. Two large double beds and two extendable armchairs. It's two steps to the sea, there are pebbles, and you need slippers. But the water is clean, there are sun beds on the beach, a trampoline for children and a paid bar. There are two swimming pools on the territory, one very warm, the second with a paddling pool for kids and cool. The food in the dining room is very tasty, simple, but homely. You can take an unlimited amount in several approaches. Of the disadvantages, I can mention a rather late lunch from 13.30, I really want to eat by this time and the queues are long for food.

First of all, I would like to thank the animators Tatiana and Daria, the leisure is organized just fine, the approach to children is professional, and to adults too))) They organize great workshops and parties! We ask you to reward them! The maids work like bees, clean, wash, change linen and towels in a timely manner, many thanks to the maid who cleans the 8th house. As for the food, it's simple, without frills, as many write, you won't be hungry (I would like to diversify, add pastries, fresh vegetables, cheesecakes, pancakes, etc. would also be useful for breakfast, because not all children eat porridge and fried eggs). There is also a good bar on site, with a selection of alcohol and a variety of dishes. The territory is closed, which is not unimportant, children can at least walk all day, they will definitely be entertained. The large heated pool, the small one is cool. Outside the territory, as many people write, there is a typical Abkhazian flavor, but we are all adults, we understand where we are going. Overall, a solid 3+ Among the wishes, I would like more storage space in the houses, some shelves, one narrow locker is extremely small. We like our holidays, I recommend it to families with children. Quiet, cozy, beautiful
