- no matter how many times I would not take food here, every time the staff is rude. Example: I came at 22:45, ordered a shawarma for myself through the terminal, waited 10 minutes, I go in and a very confident woman yells at me wildly - WE WILL NOT SERVE YOU. I reasonably show her the receipt with the order number and instead of apologizing (or at least it would be nice to tone down her tone) she says - well, you should have shown it right away.
Of course, I understand that the end of the day, people are tired. But this is just one of the many situations that have happened.
You can eat here, the staff needs to learn how to be polite

Good evening! Yesterday we placed an order for two shawarma (order #996). And what can I say, only by the end of today, I came to my senses to write a review. My wife and I went with your product. Vomiting all night, diarrhea, high fever (starting tonight). We went to a medical facility to treat the symptoms.
The service speed is very fast, but this is not the most important thing in the catering industry. You need to pay more attention to the quality of the products and the sanitary conditions in your kitchen.

A big plus is that they gave feedback on the review quickly enough. The phone conversations were conducted as correctly and constructively as possible.
