It's not the first time I've tried shawarma at this place (in the Kuntsev region) and I'm disappointed. There was almost no sauce, which made the filling dry. Cucumbers, cabbage and tomatoes are tasteless and in very small quantities (it seems that they were not the first freshness). The meat also leaves much to be desired. I've never left negative reviews before, but this time I just couldn't keep quiet, especially at such a high price.

Good day! There are no complaints about the food and its quality, I am a long-time loyal customer and the assortment pleases. However, a curious thing happened recently with an order via a mobile application. After making the order, I went to pick it up and noticed that the order number consists of an unusual 7 digits and in the processing status. So he stayed for 20 minutes + the status in the order details did not change. After asking a question at the pick-up point, they explained to me that the order was not even being prepared, and later even in an addendum.The info was canceled, but it was still being processed. They did not explain why it was canceled at the pick-up point. I wrote to support, where they said that it was canceled due to lack of sauce. I had to cancel an entire order because of one sauce. There are a couple of logical questions: 1) Why are there no notifications that the order has been cancelled 2) Why is there something on the UI of the application that is not in the institution 3) Why statuses are out of sync: there are different statuses in the order history and in the order details. There are questions about the relevance of information on UI and UX. I've wasted my time, nerves, and gasoline. Unpleasant aftertaste!
