I visited your place yesterday for the first time. The shawarma shop is located on the third floor on the food court in the Dana Mall shopping center. My friend advised me very much. I didn't know what to order, so I decided to take the classics. I asked the girl at the checkout if there was a classic one? To which she looked at me so high and replied disdainfully: "Chicken or something?". I say, "I don't know, this is the first time I've ordered from you." She pointed at the sticker on the counter, saying: "Choose." My eyes were scattered, there were a lot of fillings, I didn't understand anything. In the end, I found what I needed and made an order. After that, I saw that there was a pickled cucumber in the composition. I asked "Is it possible to change a pickled cucumber for a fresh one?" because in other shawarma shops they calmly changed it for me, albeit with an additional fee. To which he was dryly replied: "No, you can't."
As for the shawarma, I didn't like it. It tasted sour, and I almost didn't feel the meat.
I understand perfectly well that it is very difficult to work in fast food, it is exhausting, but honestly, I have discouraged any desire to order anything from you again with such communication.

I gave this place a lot of chances, but apparently I won't come anymore.. I tried shawarma with chicken of different types, today I tried hunter - roughly speaking, it's a sausage in pita bread with various sauces and additives. Well, there was a hope that I would like this position more than shawarma, but alas. Cabbage is just a thick layer, cucumbers were thrown with some kind of cores.. the sausage is hard. And by the way, the shawarma is exactly the same they always have: a million layers of cabbage and carrots, a minimum of meat and vegetables. Today, in my case, this Hunter also relied on cheese and cheese sauce (the position was called hunter cheese), but I suggest you determine the presence (or absence) of these ingredients from the photo below. The first times I visited Papa doner, I thought that I was just unlucky with the cook, but when such cooking was repeated from time to time, and at points at different addresses, I realized that it wasn't my bad luck. In general, I highly recommend the place, it seems that the guys are just working with an emphasis on selling more and faster. While waiting for an order, by the way, it is perfectly visible how the dish is being prepared, two chefs just stand and sloppily throw ingredients one by one into the pita bread, obviously there can be no question of any grams. I'm disappointed(

Everything is fine, especially if you order in advance in the app. But instead of the ordered teriyaki, they gave the Swiss, and on paper, to the cat. The doner was wrapped, it was written "teriyaki". I was "patient", I didn't go to figure it out, and now I have a new experience of sweet and sour shawarma ...
there is a lot of sauce, there are enough vegetables, meat in normal quantities. If you download the app and use the promo code: Papa (in Russian), you can get a 30% discount only on the first (unfortunately) order. Order there in advance, you will not have to stand at the checkout twice, but only once... Are there queues there
