So. Waiting time: I ordered in the app, instead of the promised 10 minutes, I waited 20. By Personnel: Unfortunately, the girl at the checkout is not familiar with the concepts of professionalism, politeness and friendliness, when they picked up the order, there was a feeling that I owed her something, and she was doing a great favor by giving it to me. Cooking/kitchen environment: since the cooking area has been made visible, it means there is an opportunity to show that everything is transparent. I was confused by the fact that the cook worked on a very narrow piece of the kitchen itself and even took out some of the ingredients, turning away, as if from the stands below. This is inconvenient and, of course, there are hygiene issues, since when the products are at the level of the workers' feet, they are unlikely to be in order. The tables were clean and the overall room was pleasant. Filling and taste: the filling was good, but the shawarma itself is really tasteless, there may be flaws in the sauces, since the garlic in the Italian shawarma tasted like drinking yogurt naturally without garlic. She was well-built, nothing was stratified or spilled on her hands. But you can do better. In general, of course, there is more disappointment, if in general, according to impressions. I don't think I'll come here again.

I recently visited Papa Doner and was absolutely delighted! The shawarma here is just a bomb: juicy meat, fresh vegetables and a sauce that makes you want more. The prices are very pleasant. The atmosphere is cozy, the staff is polite and always with a smile. If you want to have a quick, tasty and satisfying snack, Papa Doner is exactly the place to come again and again. I recommend it to everyone and now I am a regular guest! 👌
