We were disappointed with the purchase of shawarma with beef. Firstly, the dish turned out to be completely tasteless: the meat was bland, almost tasteless, with no flavor or juiciness. In addition, the amount of filling is so meager that it feels like you're eating pure pita bread. The ratio of meat and vegetables is minimal, the flour component prevails. Lavash is dense and heavy, giving the impression of an unbalanced dish. There was a feeling of dissatisfaction and a desire not to return there anymore.

Good afternoon! I don't usually leave bad reviews, but today there was an unpleasant aftertaste! We always take shawarma from you, the price-quality ratio is excellent! But the service today.... I came to the establishment on Uruchye today, From the doorway, neither hello nor goodbye! The girl took the order while talking on her mobile phone. I didn't tell you about the waiting time, but that's fine! I got my number and went out! I returned about 15 minutes later and immediately noticed how the girl simply "threw" one of the orders against the wall (as it turned out, mine) I came to pick it up, showing the receipt with the number! That very order was silently pushed to me and that was it (the girl continued to laugh with her colleagues), without giving the guest even a fraction of her precious attention! P.S. I work in the service sector myself and I understand that employees get tired, but I consider this attitude not pleasant and insulting!
