In addition, even before the pizza was brought to us, it was noticed that the place was being cleaned using bleach, which was lying on the table where people would then sit, there was an abandoned mop and slates in the hall. Of course, we understand everything, but usually, when guests are there, they do not clean the premises.
The next point already concerns the order itself, namely pizza
Which, as soon as it was brought, was first cut very crookedly, and secondly, it smelled very strongly of butter.
At that moment, we already went to the administrator, after our complaint about an incorrectly punched receipt, we were refunded the cost of the sides, and they said to the complaint about the smell of oil that they did not use it and assured that it was garlic sauce, I doubt that garlic smells like butter or like melted margarine. We were asked about what is used for kneading dough, we were assured that they do not use anything like that, but I think anyone familiar with these positions will understand that pizza usually smells of bread, cheese and stuffing (in our case, mushrooms and ham, which is difficult to kill in pizza)
Speaking of the filling, I also want to note that the sausages in the sides were already soaked and almost dry. The kitchen apparently does not know how to store food and does not know the norm.
It was also noticed that the chefs do not use gloves, and on their head is a cap that does not completely hide the hair
We came out extremely disappointed, we really expected more for the amount that we gave, and not what we received
