Hello. I bought pizza in Orbit, by pickup, I want to apologize to the cashier guy for yelling at him, my pizza did not go into the order because we did not understand each other ((I told what kind of pizza I wanted, I chose an additional one. sauces and said I'd be waiting outside. But apparently after a working day and I didn't have a thought that I needed to pay first, I waited 30 minutes, and then I found out that no one was waiting for pizza in vain. Having understood the situation, they cooked pizza for me as quickly as possible))) the pizza is delicious, thanks)) Maybe the guy has just started working in this field, and everything will come with experience, and maybe a hard day. I ask the management not to punish him, I'm sorry, I do not know his name. This is my son's favorite place, I'll be more careful next time.🤗

It was a very long wait, although the order consisted of cheese sticks and cheesecakes. I waited for the order for 55 minutes, with the stated 30 (although this is a lot).

Delicious. The prices are average. But there is a big one - the staff. Not friendly, they do everything on the bugger. They asked me to put the remaining pieces of pizza with me. So the waitress took them off the plate and just stupidly turned them into a box . Everything on the pizza fell off the pizza and smeared on the box .

The worst available in the city.
The staff is unhurried, as if I have to run after them and beg them to take the order. After accepting the order and receiving it from us, it took more than 30 minutes, while there were only 2 customers in the hall besides us.
The pizza was just warmed up and had obviously been lying for several hours, because the sides were stone.
I highly do not recommend this place. It's better to go to the "Papa" on Timiryazev, it's just super there!
