Since we called a Yandex taxi and the loading time is limited, I asked the administrator how long we still have to wait for our order to be issued, since I called the car and wanted to plan the time. To which he replied, "as long as it takes, you will wait as long." After that, we stood and waited for who knows how long. In parallel, some orders were exported, but we did not know whether it was ours or not. Then this administrator came up to us and asked who would sign the document, I signed it and he left without saying anything. And we are waiting again. The car is already waiting, and we still don't know how much longer to wait. And the administrator keeps walking and minding his own business. And I ask again how long we have to wait. To which he replies, "Here is your order, take it away"! It's just a piggy attitude. Since he didn't say anything. But he argued with me about what he told us. But I wasn't alone, and we can't both be deaf. It was like some kind of mockery on the part of the administrator! He saw perfectly well that we were standing next to our order and did not say anything that we could pick it up, and in general that it was our order.
