I ordered a sofa for a child, it was delivered with a delay of 4 days - they could not find movers to lift it to my apartment (they searched for 4 days!). The sofa itself was delivered the second time (the first time the car left, because they brought an invoice for 500 UAH more and I refused such an overpayment). As a result, he agreed to an overpayment of 120 UAH from the amount agreed upon. The movers refused to lift the sofa, without full payment for the sofa and skidding right under the entrance. They brought the sofa into the apartment and left it on the threshold under the door, refusing to bring it further into the room, arguing that they had delivery to the door, while they took 100 UAH for carrying it to the freight elevator, and took it out on my floor, spending 3 minutes at the same time. If you want such a service for your own money, I recommend this store. And their sofa was not the cheapest, plus its full delivery cost 720 UAH.
