Today we decided to have a meal with our child at this institution in Marco City. We ordered Papa Chef pizza and 2 servings of rolls (with trout, avocado and cheese). As a result, the rolls were made without trout, just rice, avocado, and cheese. To which I asked the cashier Daria to call the one who prepared these rolls. To show me where the fish are. After that, I was offered compensation for the missing fish in the amount of 6 rubles (I gave almost 20 rubles for the rolls), I refused the money and asked the cashier Daria to make shawarma for 5 rubles with me. To which she agreed. After we ate pizza and the so-called rolls. I approached Daria twice, asking if the shawarma was ready. I was told that it was on the grill. In the end, we waited about 40 minutes. Neither the money nor the shawarma was returned to us. I think this is disrespectful to the visitors of the institution. Next time I will be without a child and I will definitely make a scandal for the whole institution. At the same time, the pizza was very tasty for everyone, and the rolls were also normal, although without fish.
