It was necessary to print the documents urgently. At the time of arrival, a photo shoot was held, in connection with which a question was asked about the approximate waiting time (in order to understand whether it makes sense to wait), to which, in a boorish manner, an answer was given akin to "as long as you need, you can wait as long", said hardly more politely, but with the appropriate intonation and look and with a joke, that they won't come to the shops with such questions. To say that I was shocked after that is to say nothing. Especially since at the time of providing services to me earlier, any consultation was conducted in parallel :)
After analyzing the conversation between the employee and those customers later, I came to the conclusion that these were acquaintances /friends of the employee who were served differently.
I definitely do not recommend this place, especially since there are also prices higher than similar establishments nearby.

I do not advise you to come here if you need morning services! I had to print the document urgently. And next to this place, no one has been working since 9. But as it turned out, this place also works according to its own schedule, which does not coincide with what is stated. At 9 a.m. there were 3 people who needed services. When I called to clarify if they would work from 9, no one picked up the phone. But after 3 minutes, a woman came out of the next door and said that she had received a call and was told that they would be at 10 today. What was the difficulty in picking up the phone and apologizing that we were waiting in vain and saying on our own that they were starting from 10 today for some reason.

I agree that the photos on the documents are disgusting! I go to the euroopt opposite the school on the first floor! It's 10000000 times better there!! Good luck to everyone.
