It's a very beautiful place. There is a walking path next to it on the farm that leads all the way to Corral Bay. We started doing exhibitions and festivals for tourists in the summer, which is very pleasant. Every weekend there are folk songs, dances, exhibitions. Very tasty European food, not some kind of filth. I have a digestive tract problem and I rate it at 10/10.

A small fortress, it looks beautiful due to the fact that it stands on the seashore. It is illuminated in the evening, which gives an additional charm. It is interesting to visit there when a storm and waves break on the rocks on which the fortress stands.

The fortress at the end of the embankment was the dominant and reference point where our evening promenade in Paphos ended. After relaxing on a bench overlooking the fort and the sea, we returned to the hotel. In the darkness of the night, illuminated by lanterns and the moon, the castle looked romantic, mysterious and majestic. In the light of day, when we passed by on a bike ride, it was like an ordinary stone building without a pronounced artistic – but not historical! – values. During the festival (Cyprus was declared the cultural capital of Europe in 2017, and many cultural events took place here), a stage and stands for spectators were mounted at the foot, and outdoor theatrical performances were held. It was spectacular and beautiful. It was impossible to get inside the fort, so there are no hopes – no disappointments. As a result, the medieval castle remained for us an unexplored landmark of Paphos
