There is nothing to complain about: it is atmospheric, tourists are always greeted and accompanied with smiles, understanding and full involvement in their questions. Assistance is provided at every level and on all fronts. Very sunny, green, clean hotel. There is a lot of activity for adults who do not get bored on the sun beds, but this is only optional. Paradise for children! Good evening entertainment, there are shops on site. Hammam, spa, massage-everything your heart desires! We have already chosen this hotel 3 times and, I think, not the last! The hotel is for people with average incomes, very cool indeed. A large area planted with palm trees, pines and other citrus trees creates a cozy shade, the feeling that you live in the forest. It's a paradise for children from 0+. Children's areas, an aquapark, swimming pools and the beach itself are conducive to a comfortable stay. The staff is polite, attentive and there is absolutely no language barrier!

My highest recommendations and the highest ratings for this hotel. The rooms are simple, but everything else is top notch, we only slept in the room! Stunning grounds, eucalyptus grove, everything for families with children, there is a 16+ restaurant area and an 18+ pool and beach. Delicious food, shrimps and langoustines, imported alcohol, very decent Turkish wine, cola fanta sprite ephesus beer, refrigerators with water on the beach, the pier with sun beds and sofas is amazing, the staff is excellent! It's all love! We will definitely come back!

We stayed at the hotel from June 3-11. We checked in immediately upon arrival, at 9 a.m. A good hotel, the emphasis is on entertaining children. As always, there are several types of meat and fish for dinner. There was no seafood in the risotto except for squid rings in batter and small shrimps. Imported alcohol. We've lost our desserts. Apart from the Turkish sweets, everything else was not delicious. On Wednesdays, there was a children's carnival with full-length dolls of cartoon characters, and children were given balloons, cotton candy, lollipops, and more. It was interesting, but the beginning was very late, at 21.15. The beach strip became noticeably narrower. And the entrance to the sea has become much shallower. But Pierce showed up. In general, it's a good hotel, but the price is unreasonably high this season. I recommend rooms in the main building. Everything in the bungalow is very tired.

Because the first time we went to this hotel was in 2023, we studied the reviews of the hotel for deterioration of service on the eve of the second trip. As always, there is a certain category of people in the reviews who always have a fly in the ointment, or even more than one, so they took trips with a little caution. But upon arrival at the hotel, all doubts disappeared, the level of service did not decrease at all, but on the contrary, it got better. They built a new pier with a bar on it. Food and drink 24/7, and the alcohol is not local, but good quality. We went with the children to a nearby hotel to ride the slides, we didn't like it there compared to Papiolon, although the hotels are constellation. In general, if you are a normal, adequate person without excessive requests, you will like everything! I recommend it!

Delicious and very varied!!! + The rooms are large and comfortable. + The staff team is very attentive and friendly. + Landscaping, design, comfort in everything and super concerts in the evenings! - The place of boarding and disembarking passengers from buses is right under the windows of the hotel... and it wouldn't bother us much if the drivers just turned off their diesel engines while they smoke and drink coffee, or just wait for the guests.… But alas, at night, when there is absolute silence around, every "20 minutes" a bus arrives and rattles for at least 10 minutes ... this is just trouble and a fly in the ointment!!! What's stopping them from putting up a "turn off the engine" sign?! I do not know ... or park at the end of the main building, where the windows do not overlook, or stop at the entrance to the hotel, and deliver luggage by electric cars?.... Solve the issue with rattling diesels and I am your "lifelong customer"! You are the best!! I believe in you!!!)))
