We had a rest from August 27 to September 8.
The hotel is small, everything is compact and nearby. The sea is excellent and warm at this time.
There is no personal assistant on WhatsApp. A chat is created, but it is not an assistant, but a chat where you can ask for something to convey or do.
WiFi is very cool throughout the hotel! Catches everywhere and even in toilets)) The speed is great!
The service is average. In the restaurant, until you ask, dirty plates are not cleaned.
The food is very good, even there were fried king prawns every day.
Freshly squeezed juices are only for breakfast.
Beer on the beach is only an effect.
The crown is paid.
The rooms are nice and large.
The sun beds should be occupied in the morning, at 8:20 the first line is already all occupied.
Towels are on the cards, but no one really counts them, so on the second day we had 11 towels instead of 5 :))

An excellent hotel, there are a lot of pools on the territory, there is a water park, heated pools, many locations with a bar. Different bands perform every day. There is a buffet after 23 hours. The food is fine. The room has everything you need, shampoos, gels and toothbrushes, etc. Replenished every day. The same story with the bar, replenished every day. I want to say thank you to the service staff: the child lost a spare part from the irrigator in the room, everyone reacted immediately, as a result, they gave us a new one for free at the medical center. It's very nice, and I didn't have to go anywhere. There was also a case of losing an earring on the territory, and strangely enough, after a couple of days they found it and gave it to us at the reception. Actually, we had a great time.

We stayed at this hotel three times, as a family with two children.A calm, clean and comfortable hotel.The animation is at an excellent level, there are contests, games, and competitions every day.In the evening, first there is a children's disco, then a concert or show by visiting artists or bands.One year there was a Todes ballet show.After the evening show, there will be an adult disco or themed performance.Everything is fine with solid four meals and drinks in bars.In general, I can recommend this hotel.The solid level is slightly lower than excellent.

A small but very cozy area. The family room was pleasantly surprised. The staff is trying very hard, the service is excellent. Of the minuses, probably only the ratio of the number of vacationers and places in the hotel - sun beds by the pool and on the beach, boarding in restaurants. If the sunbeds on the beach were at a distance from each other, it would be much better. Well, some distance from everything, although, for Belek, this is a common story.

In September 2024, I visited this hotel for the second time. I liked the hotel first of all for its Spa and the hotel staff. The rooms are large, comfortable, sound insulation is good in the main building, last time I lived in a separate bungalow, there is high audibility. The main restaurant offers a variety of dishes, there is a separate one for lovers of healthy lifestyle. La carte restaurants are worth a visit, they prepare dishes that are offered in the main restaurant, and you really feel like you are in a restaurant). There was an experience in another chain of Turkish hotels, where the la carte restaurants were the same as in the main, but the service was individual.

The rooms are cleaned daily, everything is clean everywhere, the evening animation is great, there is a good club for children. There are a lot of bars, a large food court and a burger joint open from 12-16 o'clock. Ice cream for every taste is open from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. I would like to write about the sea separately..... not the cleanest, but definitely the warmest, the beach is sandy, and most importantly, the fish do not bite.

The hotel is amazing. Clean, cozy, quiet. I liked the organization of the interior space (there are no crowds of vacationers, there were always enough sun beds, drinks / bars are located both by the pool and on the beach, and everything can be ordered without getting up using a qr code). The pools are large and clean. There is absolutely everything for children of any age (a paddling pool, tables in the restaurant, pots in the rooms). The room is spacious with a great view of the sea. Every day there is a very well-organized animation. Moreover, you can't hear music from the room, which is not a little important for recreation. A beach with pebbles at the entrance to the sea, uncritical. In general, the rest turned out to be excellent. If you want a quality vacation, this is definitely here!

We are currently vacationing at the hotel (rooms 1515 and 1517).
We really like Papillon Zeugma, starting from the moment of booking. Dasha from the online booking department was extremely attentive, took into account all our wishes, personally checked on the day of arrival that our two rooms are located next to each other and on the preferred floor. Special thanks to her for this!
Also, thanks to Elena from the reception, who was very smiling and pleasant, told me everything and immediately took me to breakfast. The food and drinks at the hotel are of high quality, a diverse assortment of everything, and very tasty executed and served! Greens, vegetables and fruits are perfectly washed and laid out, which is rarely found in the main restaurant. The Mosaic restaurant staff tries very hard, not a single table is left without their attention. Even with a full landing, they cope perfectly well!
The bars and coffee shops here are beyond praise! The choice and quality of drinks for the most demanding taste! Coffee is chic and different everywhere, I advise you to try it at each location, which are decorated here amazingly!
There are now 4 Ala carte restaurants. So far I have visited 2 of them. We were particularly delighted with the fish Meyhana! Serving dishes and making them very tasty. Fish grill for 10 points! Thank you very much to all the staff who decorated the evening on 10/31/2024, advised the dishes and wonderfully decorated the table! Great fellows!
The rooms are quite spacious, clean and bright. A great mini bar, cosmetics pleases! The hotel itself and the whole area are incredibly beautiful, everything is very thought out here. Magnificent heated swimming pool, water park!
The sea is clean and still warm! The beach is very well maintained with a beautiful sand.
I would also like to thank the guys from Guest relation, who respond to every request and wish, are always happy to help you and make your stay here perfect.
While we like everything, we will spend another 5 days here.

I've read negative reviews, I disagree.
Nice, big hotel. The territory has everything you need. Yes, the territory is not comparable to MaxxRoyal, but it is sufficient. Delicious cuisine, varied menu. The reception of the cafe makes wonderful cocktails that are in no way inferior to restaurants in Russia.
The rooms are comfortable.
The only thing missing was the pier. And with a full load of sunbeds, they are almost stuck (although they have never been left without them).

Nice hotel, great rooms. We met and conducted at the highest level. The food is delicious. The downside is that the waiters can't handle the workload during the season, and we had to wait a long time. Overall, it's not bad, but:
1) No frills food. But not critical. You can't indulge in desserts. It's very monotonous.
2) We were at the end of the season and the hotel actually started to close when we were there. Half of the food court was closed in the middle of the rest, the refrigerators were removed from the beach, etc. It's good that the sun was not removed))
3) The Italian a-la card is a complete failure. So you still have to try to spoil the food. The worst and most harsh and tasteless in life are lamb quads and other dishes of the same level. We got up before we finished eating and went to the Swedish line, where everything is 1000 times tastier. We didn't go to another a-la card after such an experience in the first one.
4) The location of the hotel minimizes the possibility of walking to shops, etc. taxi only.
From the positive:

We had a rest with the children and were delighted.Excellent service,food, territory.The rooms are decent, cleaning was carried out daily.Excellent daily entertainment programs for both children and adults.Helpful staff.For children, there is a separate room with a children's menu, for the youngest, a mixture (never cheap) and various mashed potatoes in jars are offered (for those who are just starting to feed).

We stayed at the hotel from October 26 to November 2. The hotel is wonderful. Many thanks to all the staff for their attentive and caring attitude towards the guests. We liked everything. Starting from early check-in (we arrived at 6 a.m. and were immediately moved into our room). Everything was thoroughly told and sent for breakfast. Special thanks to the girls at the Spa. A talented cosmetologist Aigul gave me a therapeutic facial massage. After 2 sessions, I felt a tangible relief. Her amazing hands did something that no one in Moscow managed to do. I sincerely do not understand the enthusiastic reviews about the hotel. Alcohol is the cheapest imported, cocktails are delicious only in 2 bars (in the main building and by the relax pool). Qr codes for ordering drinks work in 1 out of 10 cases.
The rooms are tired. You wait 5 minutes for hot water at the tap. The water in the pools is frankly cold (they don't seem to be heating them now). Seafood 0, a couple of types of white fish for dinner. Normal food is only served during the buffet - the rest is either dry-boiled or deep-fried (and they say that any restaurant has a children's menu). A la carte stated that they work during the day, in fact only Italian. In the evening, only by appointment (what about the last century???).
There is one answer to everything - the hotel reserves the right.... But you write if something is wrong!
The service leaves much to be desired.
We vacationed in Ethno in June for the same price of accommodation - there were no complaints. Sorry for the time and money spent.

A magnificent hotel! The service is on the level! The drinks are delicious , imported ! The kitchen is very tasty. There was not enough seafood in autumn . But there were Dorado , sea bass and lake trout . Shrimps, squid, etc. are only in a la carte , there are very tasty shrimp, sea tongue. The hotel is green, compact, very self-contained! It 's November , the sea is 25 degrees . We swim , it 's normal for us . The staff is polite, the terrace and lobby are amazing. I want to come back more than once.

We were in the summer of 2024 and we didn't regret a bit that we chose this particular hotel! The entire staff is smiling and ready to fulfill all your wishes! This is wow! Every bar/restaurant has a card with a code where you can leave a review, they respond quickly to these reviews and fix everything if something was wrong. There are mini refrigerators with water near the sun beds - sooo cool theme! The bar has a very decent selection of alcohol, the buffet restaurant is very tasty, the food selection is good. We liked it in ala maps too)
The rooms are updated every year - cosmetic repairs and it shows! Everything is nice! Children do not sleep on a folding sofa, but on a full-fledged bed!
The only thing is that we did not find a normal meal at 3 am, we went around everything, but there was almost no staff and no one could help with this issue. On the downside, children from the age of 8 + are a little bored, there are no slot machines, and the children's room is already boring.
Overall it's a solid 5! And we want to come back.

We rested with a child for 3 years on October 1-14. The hotel positions itself as a luxury hotel, so there were more expectations from it than from an ordinary hotel.
The food is varied, but there is a very poor selection of seafood. In fact, these are 2 types of fish and that's it. The seafood a la carte restaurant has more octopus and more types of fish, but shrimp is even paid there. Why have they never given shrimp in a luxury hotel in 2 weeks? We rest for a week after the May holidays, the family in Zygma is a very good hotel. I like everything about the hotel from the moment I check in. We live in a two-storey room - clean, everything works, two bathrooms, convenient when the family is. The large pool is heated, it's super! The sea is warm.
There are many places to eat during the day - the burger is super!
Very attentive staff at the guest relay, respond to every request instantly!
There is a gym, open from 7 a.m.
The antimators are unobtrusive, but the animation is there.
There are good shows in the evenings, we usually don't go- but we liked it here, thank you!
The sun beds were not occupied - there are always free ones. Towels are on the cards, but if necessary, they are given anyway.
A taxi to Antalya is 50 euros))

Amazing attitude of the staff, attentive and caring. A wonderful coffee shop with its own pastry shop, a wonderful selection of alcoholic beverages and cocktails (all imported), excellent service on the beach (using quark codes for ordering drinks). Luxury rooms with sea views. If with a child, take 1 building, it's quieter there. We lived now in 2, it's a little noisy from the neighboring Gloria.
Animation on 4. Show programs were seen better.
I give the highest score for the Italian and Far Eastern la carte. Super beautiful and delicious. We come here regularly. For relaxation and service.

Every day, different animations and performances were attended by everyone, strangely enough, it was very interesting to watch the talented guys watched Michael Jackson's performance on the last evening. For 6 days now in papillon , I wanted to write a review . This is our first time in the papillon grid. We've been wanting to come and try these hotels for a long time.
As other people write in the comments, a consistently good five - no surprises, I agree.
The food is of high quality, quite varied, but without frills.
Everything is very tasty.
The hotel itself is large and clean.
We took a two-room room in the main building, we have a large loggia, the second floor, but there is also a small view of the sea. The service is very good, we were satisfied.
There are many Russians and Germans too.
Russian, German and English are well spoken at the hotel.
The shared restaurant is clean and cozy.
Everything is provided in the room upon request, a pot was given, a cot was given, there are bathrobes and slippers.
There are good cocktails in the bars, well done guys, they try.
I liked that the children's chair was disinfected and covered with a film.
As always, the shows in Turkey are great.

The second disadvantage is the remoteness of the children's club, it is located at the very end of the hotel next to the water park.
It's inconvenient to walk to it, it's a long way.

We looked, we didn't even go there, although in other hotels we always spend a lot of time in the children's aqua park.

A comfortable hotel, well suited for vacationers with children. The child had something to do. Unlike other five-star hotels, there is good coffee, good cocktails, room cleaning every day, you do not need to catch and ask to be cleaned. The beach is comfortable and there are sun loungers. The air conditioner works strangely in the room in auto mode, sometimes it starts working without stopping and then it needs to be restarted by pulling out the card in the room. Then it works fine.

This is not the first time in this wonderful hotel! I am very pleased with the beautiful architecture of the building, the interior decoration, comfortable rooms, polite and professional staff. Several swimming pools, a water park, a children's club, separate villas with a swimming pool, a gym, a beauty salon, shops with everything you need on site. It's not the first time we've come, it's very cozy here! And the hotel also corresponds to a family one and indeed it is very good for families with children here, peace is not disturbed despite the fact that daily shows are also held (always at the highest level), entertainment for adults does not interfere with the rest of the little visitors of the hotel. For children, there is a children's cafe and a playground in the restaurant. There are several A La carte restaurants on site where you can enjoy a perfectly cooked lunch or dinner. The food is varied and, most importantly, the food is delicious here. There is a hotel nearby where we rested more than once, in general, the Rixos hotel chain was preferred before, so there may be more variety, but the food is cooked without a soul, sometimes I wondered how you can spoil something that cannot be spoiled. I am very glad that I once chose Papillon, a really decent and comfortable vacation without worries. There is a beer bar here, a very popular place. I was always glad that the hotel has a waiting area after check-out, where you can comfortably spend time before departure without extending the room. I can't remember everything right now, because I'm actually not a very whimsical tourist, but I appreciate convenience and know the difference between a good hotel and a so-so. So Papillon is really a great hotel where you want to return! Thanks to the administration and staff of the hotel for the warm receptions and a great time at the hotel, thanks to the people working here, the rest is really at the highest level! I recommend it!

The rating of the hotel is good, which we actually fell for, but in fact all this does not correspond to reality, Although, if we talk about the rating, this is not surprising: at each food outlet they bring you a card with a QR code and persistently ask you to put "5 points", however, not very much it is clear for what 😏
I would like to start with the fact that in the category of rooms with land view there is simply no double bed. How is this even possible in a 5-star hotel?! 🤨
In fact, the hotel is on the 4th floor and this is its maximum.
The food and its choice leave much to be desired: everything is very mediocre and tasteless.
Non-alcoholic cocktails taste chemical (hello, Yuppie).
Entertainment and evening program, as at a children's matinee 🤦🏼♀️🤦🏼♀️
The rooms are tired.
The declared heated water in the pools (which we also fell for) is cold.
Seafood is missing. There are only 2 types of fish constantly: sea bass fillet and river trout.
The service is also very lame.
If it weren't for morning yoga classes with an adequate coach and a clean, albeit cold sea, it would really be a pity for the time and money spent.
I strongly do NOT recommend it! 😤

The hotel is just great!!! The staff is very friendly. The service is at the highest level. Upon check-in, we arrived early, we were placed in a waiting room where you can take a shower, watch TV, relax on the couch. A waiter is already serving here, who will offer drinks.
The rooms are clean and cozy. They constantly replenish the refrigerator with drinks.
There are several coffee shops on site, where there is a variety of cakes. The coffee is great.
The beer restaurant has very tasty and huge plates with beer snacks.
In the main restaurant, you can choose fresh meat or fish (salmon, dorado) and you will be grilled.
A burger house with very tasty burgers is open from 12 o'clock.
Ice cream is available all day long.
For small children, the restaurant has baby formula, purees.
The animation is super too! There was an awesome disco on Russia Day. The equipment was installed only for 2 days. We don't have such shows on City Day. We had a great time!!!
The beach is clean. There are no problems with sun loungers at all. Each one has a QR code to order a drink from the bar.
I highly recommend it!!!

We returned for the second time and did not expect that there is not a single heated pool, taking into account that the sea is stormy (swimming is prohibited) and the question: "where can I swim and swim?" last year at the end of August, the pool was heated. And there was a lot of entertainment for the children every day in the evening, they inflated trampolines, treats ... this year it's very simple. I believe that a hotel of this level as a "minimum" should warm up the pool for its guests....The water is icy, no one swims…
For regular guests, there is not even a welcome in the room... at least 20 nights you need to stay at the hotel for the "status" to appear…
The service in ala-kart restaurants is the highest....but there are a lot of questions on bars.. I will not come for the third time, I am very disappointed after last year.....room cleaning is poor, even with tips..

I did not understand how the hotel got 5 stars and for the first time I come across such a meager all inclusive)))
We rested with two families in mid-October, I want to note that the season closes only on October 31,
but it has already been closed in this hotel since the end of September!
The food is scarce! If you want to eat the same thing for breakfast, lunch and dinner every day, then here you are!
Fruits that are offered to guests: apples, pears, green tangerines, rotten grapes, inedible watermelon and ripe melon in places.
It's the season of pomegranates, figs and others. Where is all this?! For breakfast, even oatmeal is not delicious! Everything ends all the time. Every day there is less and less choice of dishes. Although, I must give the cook his due! I didn't know that you can cook so many dishes from zucchini! That is, if you are afraid to get fat during your vacation and love zucchini, feel free to choose this hotel. About the rooms: they are very, very in need of repair and good cleaning! It's dirty!!! Everything is covered in dust, and, moreover, age-old! The bed linen is made of some kind of synthetic, the pillows are not comfortable, they can only be used for torture.

Maybe we were so "lucky", but at the same time these descendants of Hitler rested with us, apparently, they are all "guests" of one German pre-trial detention center, judging by the Tattoo, and they were taken on vacation.
I have not seen such a bottom for 20 years in a row. Always drunk and screaming! I'll mark it!!! I didn't meet a single drunk and screaming Russian during the whole vacation, only pleasant and well-mannered people vacationing with families and falling into a stupor and bewilderment at the sight of this German cattle.
There are sooo many sick children and adults, there is always someone waiting for an appointment at the doctor's office.
If you are afraid of getting sick, it is better to choose a hotel less child-oriented. A child and an adult will get sick with a probability of 80%, even out of season.
It is difficult to give a hotel more than 3 stars. We had a rest a few years ago in a much cheaper hotel and everything was fine there, no complaints. And here is one disappointment. I can't say anything about alcohol, but orange prosecco was brought to me for the first time! Apparently, some kind of local exclusive! My wife was afraid to drink 😂 the smell of alcohol coming from the glass made her eyes water and her nose sting, she decided that it was safer to drink tea there, at least boiled water
