The most beautiful hotel in all respects! Delicious food, beautiful location, everything is clean!
The rooms were clean, the bed was comfortable, we were comfortable with 2 small children, the cleaning was good, without complaints.
The restaurants in Alaska are amazing, everything is delicious! Fresh, good food, the staff is polite and courteous.
The children's animation is great! There is a whole children's center - which requires special attention! : there is everything!!! Suitable for any age, even baby cots, lots of toys, interesting entertainment!
The food in the main restaurant is always fresh and varied!
All the staff is very friendly.In all 10 days, we have never met a sad or angry look, everyone is smiling and responsive! Almost all Russian speakers.
Parties and adult animation are a delight! It's a very diverse format.
We had a very large company of 16 adults and 14 children and everyone was delighted with this hotel!!!

We had a rest for the May holidays with two children aged 8 and 11, we really enjoyed everything. A decent hotel, varied food for every taste, strawberries, apricots, watermelons, melons :), always a choice of fish, meat, smoothies in the morning before yoga. All the staff is friendly and welcoming. We were given a room with a side sea view, which was very pleasant. The kids at the kids' club were a little bored, perhaps it wasn't the season yet, there were more different programs for preschoolers. I really liked this hotel for its status, its contingent. You can really have a good rest and enjoy the high service.

A gorgeous hotel with amazing cuisine!Very polite staff, they will always help you!There are 4 restaurants on the territory-Fish, Asian,Italian, Turkish!We've been to Italian, Fish and Asian!All the dishes are top notch!The beach is sandy, the sea is warm!
Every evening from 9 p.m. to 10 p.m. there is a concert program, followed by discos, and animators with children also work during the day!

This is a great hotel!!! Definitely worth the money that was paid for living in it!

Sweets, fruits (including strawberries, watermelon) are plentiful, and food plates are constantly being updated. Everything is fresh and very tasty.
The staff is attentive and caring. They will prompt you, help you with everything, and all this with a sincere smile on your face! The room is clean, the refrigerator is regularly refilled with drinks and chocolate. Bathrooms have a variety of gels, shampoos and other good things in abundance. Towels are clean, plenty.

We stayed at this hotel three times, as a family with two children.A calm, clean and comfortable hotel.The animation is at an excellent level, there are contests, games, and competitions every day.In the evening, first there is a children's disco, then a concert or show by visiting artists or bands.One year there was a Todes ballet show.After the evening show, there will be an adult disco or themed performance.Everything is fine with solid four meals and drinks in bars.In general, I can recommend this hotel.The solid level is slightly lower than excellent.

We stayed at this hotel from May 20 to May 27, 2025, and celebrated our wedding with my husband.
We liked the hotel — a small surprise was prepared for us in the form of figures of swans on the bed. We chose a room with a partial sea view. We were settled on the fifth floor, the room turned out to be spacious, with a huge loggia, which immediately made us feel comfortable. Cleaning and replenishment of the mini-bar were carried out daily. There were cleaning issues, but they weren't critical for us: they forgot to put wet wipes, sometimes dry wipes, ear sticks, and a hygiene bag.
The food in the restaurants has always been excellent and varied enough — even the most capricious guests will find dishes to their liking. If you miss the main meal, you can always have a snack in one of the many cafes on the territory of the complex. Alcoholic drinks are also good, there were no unpleasant effects in the morning. ☺️
The staff is extremely polite and attentive to all guests, and speaks excellent Russian and English. The beach is well maintained, there are always enough free sun loungers, although the distance between them is small. The water in the pools is clean, and the staff regularly checks the water quality.
The territory of the hotel is extensive, but thanks to competent zoning, you can navigate quickly and comfortably in the evening.
Now about the cons:
1. There are a lot of families with small children! For those who want to spend a quiet and relaxing vacation, I recommend choosing another accommodation option, as there are really a lot of small guests. This hotel is more suitable for families with children than romantic couples, we could not get alone and relax without the screams of children.
2. There were loud sounds of discos from nearby hotels! We heard music almost every night until midnight, sometimes even later. Although there is sound insulation, it only partially helps.

Hello everyone, we lived in this hotel as a family, we had 2 rooms. A great hotel with an emphasis on good and varied food, adult and children's animations.
Large territory. There are many different bars, restaurants, ski resorts and so on.
Friendly staff, nice rooms and their cleaning. Delicious drinks and cocktails. Delicious food is served everywhere. There is a very decent contingent of tourists, a lot of foreigners. Interesting shows.

We stayed at this hotel from May 12 to May 30, 2025 with the whole family — with two children and my wife. My impressions were extremely positive!
The menu was varied and delicious, and every day we enjoyed fresh fruits, meat dishes and local delicacies. Even small children were satisfied with the choice of dishes.
We got a spacious family room with comfortable beds for children and adults. Cleaning was carried out daily, everything was clean and tidy.
The territory is well maintained, although not the largest. I especially liked the two outdoor pools, the water park and the indoor pool, where you could relax after a hot day. Animation programs have been organized for children, which allowed us to relax a little.
The attentive and friendly staff created a homely atmosphere. Check-in was quick, despite the early arrival.
WIFI was provided to all devices at once. It works stably and quickly throughout the hotel, as well as in the hotel territory
The only drawback is small organizational flaws, but they did not spoil the overall rest. We strongly recommend the hotel for family activities!

Overall, it's not bad, but:
1) No frills food. But not critical. You can't indulge in desserts. It's very monotonous.
2) We were at the end of the season and the hotel actually started to close when we were there. Half of the food court was closed in the middle of the rest, the refrigerators were removed from the beach, etc. It's good that the sun was not removed))
3) The Italian a-la card is a complete failure. So you still have to try to spoil the food. The worst and most harsh and tasteless in life are lamb quads and other dishes of the same level. We got up before we finished eating and went to the Swedish line, where everything is 1000 times tastier. We didn't go to another a-la card after such an experience in the first one.
4) The location of the hotel minimizes the possibility of walking to shops, etc. taxi only.

We have rested three times in this hotel, children's animation will be very pleasant.I didn't like the adult one last time, they were just acrobats.The staff is polite and attentive.The cuisine is delicious , but after three days I wanted dumplings.It's all the same.In our last vacation, tablecloths of different colors were changed every day, and there were fish days, sushi was rolled.But this time it's a little bland.We decided not to drive for the fourth time.We need to look at something else.The tanhouse where we lived is clean, comfortable and very cozy.The pool was used both day and night.Very cool pools, bars and staff.But I got the impression that they won't invest any more money there, now the hotel has stopped developing.It's very cool for one time, the children's room is very good, the animators speak Russian well and my daughter ran there for 11 years, found a lot of friends there.

We were in the summer of 2024 and we didn't regret a bit that we chose this particular hotel! The entire staff is smiling and ready to fulfill all your wishes! This is wow! Every bar/restaurant has a card with a code where you can leave a review, they respond quickly to these reviews and fix everything if something was wrong. There are mini refrigerators with water near the sun beds - sooo cool theme! The bar has a very decent selection of alcohol, the buffet restaurant is very tasty, the food selection is good. We liked it in ala maps too)
The rooms are updated every year - cosmetic repairs and it shows! Everything is nice! Children do not sleep on a folding sofa, but on a full-fledged bed!
The only thing is that we did not find a normal meal at 3 am, we went around everything, but there was almost no staff and no one could help with this issue. On the downside, children from the age of 8 + are a little bored, there are no slot machines, and the children's room is already boring.
Overall it's a solid 5! And we want to come back.

I liked the organization of the interior space (there are no crowds of vacationers, there were always enough sun beds, drinks / bars are located both by the pool and on the beach, and everything can be ordered without getting up using a qr code). An excellent hotel, there are a lot of pools on the territory, there is a water park, heated pools, many locations with a bar. Different bands perform every day. There is a buffet after 23 hours. The food is fine. The room has everything you need, shampoos, gels and toothbrushes, etc. Replenished every day. The same story with the bar, replenished every day. I want to say thank you to the service staff: the child lost a spare part from the irrigator in the room, everyone reacted immediately, as a result, they gave us a new one for free at the medical center. It's very nice, and I didn't have to go anywhere. There was also a case of losing an earring on the territory, and strangely enough, after a couple of days they found it and gave it to us at the reception. Actually, we had a great time.

I am completely satisfied with the hotel, I have been to many places and there is something to compare it with!!!
I'll start in order. We got from the airport in 40 minutes, we arrived at 7 a.m., arrived at the hotel at 08:30 until then ... we were met right at the door, champagne treats. We took the necessary data and sent it to breakfast. We were already checked in at 10, and considering that we had a night flight and were tired, it was an amazing start to our vacation!!! I was vacationing with my mom and niece, the room was 2+1 and there was also a sofa! The ticket was taken immediately with a view of the sea.
A clean, cozy room with shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, slippers, bathrobe. We cleaned up every day, the mini bar is full and replenished constantly.
The sea is 5 minutes away.
Meal. You definitely won't stay hungry) the variety of dishes is off the charts for breakfast, lunch and dinner. For breakfast, there is always freshly squeezed juice, eggs in various versions, snacks, pancakes, cereals, muesli.
For dinner, the grill can be prepared with you from both meat and fish.
Salmon, Dorado and sea bass fish. There were shrimps and crayfish.
Alcohol is decent. Sweets, fruits. There is enough and a lot of everything. There are 4 Alaska maps, but we liked the buffet, we didn't want to go there. From 12 to 16, there are also 5 cafes with burgers, pizza, pasta, etc.
There is a beer bar, but we didn't get there)
The ice cream is delicious!
The territory is small, but very cozy.
There is a swimming pool with music and a separate one without music, a water park with 4 slides.
There's sand on the sea, and there are a few pebbles when you set off, but it doesn't bother you.
The sun beds under the canopy, of course, were the ones who rushed to put a towel on the first row at 7 a.m. as usual, it was not important for us to walk, so we walked calmly after breakfast and found places for ourselves!
On the beach, each sunbed has a mini fridge! Which was also very striking. Every morning, the staff refills it with ice and water! There is also a QR code where you can order a drink and it will be delivered to you within 10 minutes.
I believe that everything was done at the highest level! I'm just thrilled with how everything is set up.
The staff is very friendly, the waiters will always fulfill your wishes. Decent hotel level!
There is animation, but it is not intrusive, but you can always play various games. Various performances and events in the evening!
I am very pleased with my choice and I recommend this hotel to you if you like comfort and delicious food!)))))
I also want to note that there are no shops in the vicinity of the hotel, but we called a taxi at the reception and were taken side by side to the bazaar, there are a lot of things there: bags, souvenirs, clothes, etc. We paid $10 one way!

The rooms are large, comfortable, sound insulation is good in the main building, last time I lived in a separate bungalow, there is high audibility. La carte restaurants are worth a visit, they prepare dishes that are offered in the main restaurant, and you really feel like you are in a restaurant). We are currently vacationing at the hotel (rooms 1515 and 1517).
We really like Papillon Zeugma, starting from the moment of booking. Dasha from the online booking department was extremely attentive, took into account all our wishes, personally checked on the day of arrival that our two rooms are located next to each other and on the preferred floor. Special thanks to her for this!
Also, thanks to Elena from the reception, who was very smiling and pleasant, told me everything and immediately took me to breakfast. The food and drinks at the hotel are of high quality, a diverse assortment of everything, and very tasty executed and served! Greens, vegetables and fruits are perfectly washed and laid out, which is rarely found in the main restaurant. The Mosaic restaurant staff tries very hard, not a single table is left without their attention. Even with a full landing, they cope perfectly well!
The bars and coffee shops here are beyond praise! The choice and quality of drinks for the most demanding taste! Coffee is chic and different everywhere, I advise you to try it at each location, which are decorated here amazingly!
There are now 4 Ala carte restaurants. So far I have visited 2 of them. We were particularly delighted with the fish Meyhana! Serving dishes and making them very tasty. Fish grill for 10 points! Thank you very much to all the staff who decorated the evening on 10/31/2024, advised the dishes and wonderfully decorated the table! Great fellows!
The rooms are quite spacious, clean and bright. A great mini bar, cosmetics pleases! The hotel itself and the whole area are incredibly beautiful, everything is very thought out here. Magnificent heated swimming pool, water park!
The sea is clean and still warm! The beach is very well maintained with a beautiful sand.
I would also like to thank the guys from Guest relation, who respond to every request and wish, are always happy to help you and make your stay here perfect.

We rest for a week after the May holidays, the family in Zygma is a very good hotel. I like everything about the hotel from the moment I check in. We live in a two-storey room - clean, everything works, two bathrooms, convenient when the family is. The large pool is heated, it's super! The sea is warm.
There are many places to eat during the day - the burger is super!
Very attentive staff at the guest relay, respond to every request instantly!
There is a gym, open from 7 a.m.
The antimators are unobtrusive, but the animation is there.
There are good shows in the evenings, we usually don't go- but we liked it here, thank you!
The sun beds were not occupied - there are always free ones. Towels are on the cards, but if necessary, they are given anyway.
A taxi to Antalya is 50 euros))

The rooms are cleaned daily, everything is clean everywhere, the evening animation is great, there is a good club for children. There are a lot of bars, a large food court and a burger joint open from 12-16 o'clock. Ice cream for every taste is open from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. I would like to write about the sea separately..... not the cleanest, but definitely the warmest, the beach is sandy, and most importantly, the fish do not bite.

We traveled as a family for two years in a row. Once to a villa with a swimming pool, the second time to a two-storey room. Probably it's time to renovate the hotel, everything is fine, but it's time))
The food is good, not great, but better than average. The beach is clean, there are always places.
But Turkey is not my thing.

The hotel is good. The territory is not very large, well-groomed, green. There are many pools, there are for very small ones. The entrance to the sea is flat, the beach is sandy.A large green lawn with sun beds.There is a lot of food, around the clock, late dinner is served at 23 00. There are a lot of children! Even October is not a hindrance.It is a pity that there is no 18+ zone.

A good hotel, two large swimming pools, 4 slides for children, delicious cuisine, the territory is small but cozy. The rooms are large, with unusual sofas. Clean, friendly staff, but not all! Bartenders are a separate category, they do everything with such a face, as if we owe them something and the preparation of cocktails takes place "after BIG sleeves". Everything else is fine 👌

We stayed at the hotel from October 26 to November 2. The hotel is wonderful. Many thanks to all the staff for their attentive and caring attitude towards the guests. We liked everything. Starting from early check-in (we arrived at 6 a.m. and were immediately moved into our room). Everything was thoroughly told and sent for breakfast. Special thanks to the girls at the Spa. A talented cosmetologist Aigul gave me a therapeutic facial massage. After 2 sessions, I felt a tangible relief. Her amazing hands did something that no one in Moscow managed to do. I bow low to her for her help. We will definitely return to this hotel

A magnificent hotel! The service is on the level! The drinks are delicious , imported ! The kitchen is very tasty. There was not enough seafood in autumn . But there were Dorado , sea bass and lake trout . Shrimps, squid, etc. are only in a la carte , there are very tasty shrimp, sea tongue. The hotel is green, compact, very self-contained! It 's November , the sea is 25 degrees . We swim , it 's normal for us . The staff is polite, the terrace and lobby are amazing. I want to come back more than once.

Amazing attitude of the staff, attentive and caring. A wonderful coffee shop with its own pastry shop, a wonderful selection of alcoholic beverages and cocktails (all imported), excellent service on the beach (using quark codes for ordering drinks). Luxury rooms with sea views. If with a child, take 1 building, it's quieter there. We lived now in 2, it's a little noisy from the neighboring Gloria.
Animation on 4. Show programs were seen better.
I give the highest score for the Italian and Far Eastern la carte. Super beautiful and delicious. We come here regularly. For relaxation and service.

Always a warm pool. A la carte 5 € per person. Great pizza and burgers. Nice slides in the water park. Lots of high-quality alcohol. It's a good evening show.
