A good quality residential complex for the rich. Not far from the sea. A great option for renting. It is located on the border of the Estuary and Persimmon. The market is also nearby. Fenced area, well-kept garden, wifi. I don't know what kind of Idat is, but I think it's not cheap.
Yes, one more strain, solar water heaters on the roof are not provided. So the hot water is due to electricity. Although for the rich, this is not a problem.

A great complex! A huge Olympic-size swimming pool, two to be exact. It's very green, like in the tropics.
