Thank you very much for your help in choosing a tour! Very competent and patient staff, withstood all my requests and questions, helped me choose a really great vacation option, for which I am very grateful. And they even packed all the documents festively, since the tour was a gift for her husband's birthday.
I would also like to note the high punctuality of the staff - all meetings and calls took place at exactly the appointed time. The agent who handled our trip left and handed us over to another. So, they never forgot to call us, write and clarify - which means that a real team is working.
The trip was successful, the agency cooperates only with trusted operators and offers only good options. Departures were on the minute, transfers, hotel - everything is beyond praise! Thanks again for our holiday, as well as for the delicious coffee and croissants! Now only to you!

Everything was explained in detail about the necessary documents, the nuances of their registration. Ready-made documents (insurance, itinerary receipts, etc.) were promptly sent by e-mail. During the trip, they were interested in how the rest was going, whether everything was in order - it was very pleasant to have such an attentive attitude towards tourists.
