We visited Paradox in September 2025, this is the fifth time. This time we lived in a two-storey penthouse with a swimming pool, of course, the room is gorgeous, a huge area, a pool on the top floor. There is also a large bathroom area, there is a shower room and a huge bathroom. The perfect location of the penthouse, in the central part of the hotel, the absence of any noise. The room was located next to two pools, this time in the pool, which had a bar, there were no bubblers and a slide, however, we mostly rested by the second pool, it is deep and quieter there. The room was cleaned every day, pastel linen, on request, can also be changed every day. The staff is friendly, always ready to help with any issue, checked in an hour earlier. The hotel itself is located on the first line of Karon beach, the territory of the hotel is very large, well-maintained, green. The deposit upon check-in is accepted only in Thai Baht, which is not always convenient. We had breakfast included, the choice of dishes was varied, I really liked the noodle soup and fresh watermelon. The location of the hotel itself is very good, if you go outside the hotel, you can find various cafes , 7/11 , pharmacies.

The hotel is magnificent, we lived in a double villa, the living area is large, there is a small private pool hidden behind greenery from people, the furniture is a bit old and there were problems with the air conditioning (it was repaired 2 times in 10 days), but after the breakdown they apologized from the hotel in the form of a fruit plate. The territory is huge, clean, well-groomed, the breakfasts are delicious and varied, the staff is generally top, they always smile and say hello. The location of the hotel is good, everything is nearby, and cafes and restaurants, currency exchange, markets are small, and it's not too noisy, because we went to other areas, of course there are a lot more people and cars. The beach is clean, located across the street from the hotel.

Paradox Spacious green area. Three pools. There is a hotel app to order daily cleaning and supplies for free, paid services, and so on. We visited the gym, the playroom - everything was standard. We lived in a villa, comfortably. There is all the equipment, high-quality repairs. The breakfast is a buffet, very tasty and varied, fresh fruits and vegetables. Exits to two streets: The first one is on the beachfront beach, the neat side of Karon. The second street has fruits, an exchange, a 7 eleven market, a pharmacy, Oleg's store, nooks with things, as well as a night market on Tuesdays. A family-run hotel, quiet and peaceful.

Great potential, but terrible reality. Major repairs are needed! After reading the previous reviews, we hoped for the best, but unfortunately, the reality disappointed us. Paradox Resort Phuket is a classic example of a hotel that relies on a single advantage, forgetting about everything else. The location is the only, but huge plus. Yes, the hotel is located within walking distance from the main shopping street. It's really convenient: all the entertainment, restaurants and shops are nearby. Unfortunately, this is the end of the list of advantages. What went wrong (almost everything): Urgent repairs are required: The hotel looks outdated and worn. The room has scratched furniture, scuffed walls, and the feeling that nothing has been renovated in 10 years. The air conditioner was working, but it sounded like it was getting ready for takeoff. The water disaster: The biggest disappointment is the bathroom. There is no shower as such, just an old bathtub with a handheld watering can. But the main problem is that there is no water! In the evenings, the pressure was so weak that it was impossible to take a shower. The water was either barely dripping or icy cold. This is absolutely unacceptable for a hotel with the name "Resort". Cleaning "for show": The room was cleaned superficially. The sand wasn't always wiped off the floor, the bed linen was changed, but the dust on the surfaces and in the corners had been lying for a week. It seemed that the maids were just making up the bed and changing towels. Terrible audibility and construction: You can hear absolutely everything: the neighbors behind the wall, their TV, and conversations in the hallway. But that's still half the trouble. There is an active construction site right outside the window, and from 8 a.m. it's not the singing of birds that wakes you up, but the sound of a hammer drill and a jackhammer. You can forget about any rest and relaxation. The breakfast is ordinary: the buffet is rather mediocre. The choice is minimal, the food often runs out and is not replenished, the quality is like in a dining room. Nothing special, but they can feed you. The verdict: Paradox Resort Phuket is based solely on its location. Otherwise, it is a hotel that requires capital investments and a complete revision of service standards. We cannot recommend this hotel to families with children, couples who want romance, or those who just want to have a good rest and sleep. If you only take it as a place to "spend the night" and plan to spend all your time outside its walls, and you are not embarrassed by the disadvantages described above, then perhaps consider it. But personally, for the same money, we will find a better and cleaner option. .

We were with my wife on a honeymoon in Thailand and stayed at this hotel. The staff is ultra-friendly, smiling, and helps solve any issues. If you stay in your room for a long time, you can even call the phone and ask if everything is okay. The territory of the hotel is large, you can stay in ordinary rooms or in villas. A separate swimming pool is available for the villas, individually for the guests who live in the villas. There is everything you need nearby: Karon beach, many cafes for every taste and color, pharmacies and grocery stores. The hotel is very nice!

Great hotel on Karon! A huge green area, near the central building there is a swimming pool with a bar. The hotel has many types of rooms, villas and cottages. We lived in the central building in a room with a sea view. We cleaned every day, the cleaning quality is normal. The special feature of the hotel is the deposit - they accept either credit cards or cash in baht (5,000 baht). The breakfasts are normal, but gourmets would find fault :) There is a path through the hotel to the sea, you go out and it remains only to cross the road. I would have returned to it again. Photo view from the balcony (room with sea view), the balcony, by the way, is quite large.

The complex is simply huge.We lived in a villa, everything is fine.Insects are poisoned, that's good.I didn't meet any big or small crawling reptiles, except mosquitoes, but this is the base, they are always everywhere.The room is clean, smells good, everything is conveniently located, everything is working properly.The person is just cute.They always smile and greet guests.They help, explain, and understand.Food?Well, we only attended breakfasts (we never had lunch and dinner).A huge variety of fruits, meat, dried fruits, drinks, bread and rolls, sweets, vegetables, snacks and much more were served for breakfast.We ate delicious meals every day.By the way, it's very easy to feed the children there, because the menu is customized for them.I lived in a villa and it took 6-7 minutes to get to the sea.Very convenient.3-4 minutes to the canteen, 4 minutes to the reception.Everything is very well located.The villas had their own pool.Very clean, cleaned every day.There are enough sun beds for everyone, there is a bar.Those who lived in the main building also have their own huge swimming pool and bar.There is no smell of anything else on the territory of the hotel, this is important.Also, everywhere is always clean.Which of the disadvantages?I think that the only downside is that I will leave tomorrow.However, I do not know what can be said of the disadvantages.Perhaps I would advise you to put mosquito nets on the doors and, probably, change the bottom of the pool at the villas.I have never regretted choosing this hotel.I love everyone, all the world 🎀💓

An apartment with a kitchen and two rooms was rented in this hotel.We are absolutely thrilled!The mattresses are comfortable, the pillows too, and it's not unimportant.The room is spacious and stylish.There are no foreign odors and dampness.cleaning was done every day.The hotel is surrounded by greenery, very beautiful!The location is good, there are plenty of restaurants and places nearby where you can buy food with yourself.We arrived with children aged 5 and 12.I was worried that there would be problems with nutrition, what to feed the youngest.But there were no problems.The breakfasts are good, you definitely won't leave hungry.Everything is fresh, only salted fish (tuna, salmon or trout) was missingI took oatmeal porridge with me to cook myself, it came in handy, because they were sick for several days and did not go anywhere.I want to come back here!

The hotel is very conveniently located in the middle of the length of Karon Beach. The beach is across the street from the hotel, from the central building of the hotel to the sea is a 6-8-minute walk, including the hotel grounds. The beach is sandy, public, sun beds and an umbrella can be rented for 200 baht. They are available all over the beach. Beach towels are provided on site near the main pool. Unlike Kata Karon beach, it is less densely populated. But as far as I understand, there is a strong current on Karon, the sea is much more agitated and is considered unsafe during the rainy season, while on Katya it is more serene. Despite this, I liked Caron better overall. The disadvantage of the beach is the lack of toilets and showers, there are single toilets in some places, and across the street - in some restaurants, or paid at markets, or you have to go to the hotel. In particular, the Paradox has restrooms directly in the Mint restaurant on the ground floor, as well as on the second floor in the same building. There are shops and restaurants nearby, there are many of them in the area, and due to the geographical location of the hotel, it is convenient to walk from it towards Kata beach or in the opposite direction to the road ring and from there deeper into Pathak Road, and there are many similar locations for every taste and budget. There are also two restaurants on site: in the main building - Pacifica and closer to the beach - Mint. Pacifica is open until 23, and breakfast is served there. Mint is more refined, it works from 12 to 24, there is live music in the evenings; the guys sing very pleasantly in different languages, including Russian. The menu is not very extensive, but the food is delicious. The prices in both restaurants are quite high for the local scale. The breakfasts are good. Eggs in various variations, cheese, sausages, bacon, sausages, vegetables, herbs, fruits and freshly squeezed juices (there is a special bar for them), porridge, confectionery and pastries, soup and second courses, local cuisine is also served. Everything is delicious, and you can choose a breakfast for every taste. Yes, it may not be very diverse, but this assortment was enough for us for two weeks (taking into account our certain restrictions and dietary preferences, which significantly narrow this range). Tea and coffee are brought by the waiters, when ordering you need to specify - Americano, cappuccino, etc.machine-brewed - then coffee will be served from the coffee machine, if you do not specify, then by default the concentrate is tasteless. The territory of the hotel is quite large, well-groomed, surrounded by greenery. There is even a photo studio on site that uses these beautiful views as a photo zone. Well, the eye really enjoys this tropical beauty. There are two entrances to the territory from the beach: near the Mint restaurant, and at the other end there is a door with an electronic key that opens with a room card. There are many Russians and Chinese, Italians, as well as representatives of other countries among the guests of the hotel. There is a spa on site. The massage is excellent, I strongly recommend it. I've been to different artists - Daria, Sonia, Mimi and others, I really liked them all. And the administrator Leen is all charm and sincerity! The hotel has a children's room. The service is excellent. In the Paradox, the entire staff has a very welcoming attitude towards guests, everyone is so friendly and attentive, it makes you feel very comfortable. The waiters at breakfast just fly from guest to guest. All issues are promptly resolved. The hotel has a phone app where guests are registered upon check-in, and any issues that arise can be resolved through it. There was an illustrative case when the electricity was turned off one night and until the morning, but despite this circumstance, in the morning everything was ready for the guests - breakfast, washed and dried beach towels; I can imagine what efforts it cost the staff. We took the jeans to the laundry - so in addition to washing and impeccable ironing, they also had a broken zipper fixed (it seems to me that jeans have not been in such perfect condition since the purchase))). Guests who have already vacated the room are given the opportunity to take a shower, but they only need to book in advance. We lived in a Superior room, in the main building on the 3rd floor. The room is spacious, comfortable, with a fresh modern interior, with a magnificent view of the sea. Very comfortable mattresses and pillows. The room has a small refrigerator without filling, a mini safe, an ironing board and iron, a tea station, an umbrella, a flashlight. As well as bathrobes, flip-flops (instead of the usual slippers), all kinds of hygiene items that are replenished. The only drawback is that there are very few hangers in the closet. And then, I was just too lazy to ask them to add them. Two bottles of drinking water are left daily, with a comment that they should not be taken out of the room. In general, no matter what you touch, everything is fine, everything is with care for the guest. We didn't regret choosing this hotel for a minute. Thank you to Paradox for a wonderful vacation! I didn't want to leave, but I'd love to come back here!

A nice hotel with a large, beautifully maintained territory. It's not as big as the Pullman Arcadia, but I was fine with it. I lived in a small building opposite the main building: the rooms were fresh, clean, and had a nice interior. Very comfortable bed, mattresses and pillows. Expensive bed linen. Care cosmetics are above average. There is no liquid soap (the traditional round of ordinary). There is no furniture on the balcony, but we asked for chairs and they were brought immediately. There is no coffee machine in the room, there is a sachet with instant coffee and tea bags. Ty's breakfasts are passable, but expensive. Although, I would still take it with breakfast. Tea and bad coffee are brought in instantly. A good one (at least from the coffee machine) takes a very long time to arrive. He left several times without waiting. Fruits for breakfast almost always include melon, watermelon, papaya, lychee, bananas, pitahaya. Omelet is well prepared. Chinese soups come on certain days and they are so-so. The a la carte food in the restaurant is not too expensive, the Thai cuisine is delicious. The staff is very polite, sociable and fast. The French manager is clearly incompetent. Every morning he talks only with the French, ignores the rest. He behaves aggressively when trying to talk about his proposals. In the absence of oatmeal, he said that it could be asked to be cooked on purpose, as if someone would want to wait. He tells us what an expert he is on Asian cuisine, while everything that is for breakfast is a substrate based on motives. He's the only one who has managed to cause me severe negativity in the hotel. In general, the name of the hotel justifies its name. It has a large, well-maintained territory, but there are no cozy areas where you can comfortably sit. In addition to the comfortable bed, the room had an uncomfortable sofa with a wooden back, on which it was impossible to lie or sit.

There are paid sun beds on the beach, 200 baht per person, we spent one day like that, and then just went without things, swam and returned back to the pool. There is no point in taking all inclusive, even breakfasts, there are a thousand cafes around. And massages and Russian restaurants! The staff is top class, well done. Exactly what you need is knowledge of English, in Russian no one at all boom boom, we were not bothered, on the contrary, we improved our speaking skills and the use of an interpreter) I recommend it from the bottom of my heart!

We had a rest at Paradox Resort Phuket — and it was just wow! Very beautiful, well-maintained territory, everything is surrounded by greenery and privacy is felt, despite the scale of the hotel. The breakfasts are great: a large selection, everything is fresh, special thanks for the tropical fruits and Thai cuisine. The pool is clean, cozy, and there are plenty of sun beds around. It is forbidden to smoke cannabis on the territory, which is just a huge fat plus, because there is no smell of this caustic. The beach is close, the beach is across the street. Nearby there are shops, exchangers, and a market. There are many cafes along the beach, you will find food for every budget. Everything is close. In the evening, the market prepares fresh seafood on the grill, delicious. Prices for different products are different) lobsters are very expensive, considering the prices in the places where the locals themselves live. All rooms at the hotel have sea views. The bed linen is good, the mattress is good, overall a positive impression of the place.

Nice hotel, nice big rooms, green area. But disgusting coffee for breakfast, people who are supposed to monitor the health of citizens (lifeguard) are actually overseers and like kites they only look after one thing so that you don't bring food and drinks from the store, only you have to buy 3-4 times more expensive from them. It's definitely not 5 stars. The furniture is old, there are ants in the room, the bed has been replaced with a dirty one (photo attached). Once it happened that the room was not cleaned. Upon check-in, they were put in a room where the elevator is being repaired opposite. The noise from the drill is very loud, and it's during the holiday season!!!! Why couldn't you make repairs when you're out of season?? As a result, it was only after we arrived unhappy that our room was changed. The breakfasts are meager.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The territory is luxurious: lots of greenery, palm trees, plants, a pond, several pools. The lobby is a separate work of art.We lived in a cottage- cozy and peaceful, in addition to a bathroom with a shower cabin there is also a rain shower. The room is clean, cozy, cleaned every day. It takes 3 minutes to walk to the beach, there is everything you need nearby: shops, pharmacies, restaurants. There are many volleyball courts on the beach, they play every day in the morning and evening. The sea is clean, the beach is large, there are practically no floating boats. The staff is friendly, always smiling. There is also a spa, a small gym, a game room for children, billiards. I liked that in addition to the main pool (not very deep) there is also a 3 meter deep pool. Sun beds were always available, not crowded. In addition to all the advantages, I would like to note a few not very critical points: - to get to the beach, you need to cross the road. The road is busy, drivers of cars and mopeds are in no hurry to stop in front of the zebra. Sometimes it took a few minutes to cross the road, be careful; - there is not a very large selection of breakfast food. We ate the same thing every day, in the sweet section everything is microscopic in size (waffles, pancakes, desserts). We decided that, in principle, you can not take breakfast at the hotel, but have breakfast in a cafe (prices are low, a good choice). In general, I liked the hotel very much, it has a large beautiful territory, you can even not go anywhere much))

There is a terribly rough security at the entrance to the territory: he did not let us in, did not call anyone from the Staff to escort us (if everything is tough with the entrance to the territory). I do not know what could be wow about this hotel, is it good? 4 no more, but of course the pool is 1 meter 20 cm and further when you crawl, you don't swim, but you crawl up to 80 cm. Crawl in the big one with a depth of 120)) and if there are waves on the sea (and they have been for 5 days), there is no choice! For food! The diet hasn't changed in two weeks. The same type of breakfasts. There are no fish at all! Cleaning- everything is clean! They're trying! If anyone wants to spend the night at the hotel, then you are welcome here! And if you want at least some entertainment, you are looking for other hotels! I DO NOT RECOMMEND VISITING THIS HOTEL UNLESS YOU ARE GUESTS OF A VILLA WITH A SWIMMING POOL!

I liked the hotel! Good location, across the Karon beach path. Beautiful, large, well-maintained territory. Many people come here for photo shoots. The rooms are spacious and clean. There is a main building and separate houses, several themed pools. The Big Buddha is visible from the balcony.

We had a rest with the whole family, the hotel left a great impression. The territory is green and well maintained, there is a comfortable swimming pool. The staff is polite and always ready to help, the cleaning was daily. It's close to the sea. All expenses, accommodation and food were paid with a UnionPay card, which was accepted without refusal.

Konda chose a hotel , the choice was not very large , almost everything was on the stop during this period , and she booked a month in advance , so they took what was left . In general, the hotel is not bad , considering that after covid , a lot has changed in Tae, which is really here . I must say right away, this is not the best hotel on Karon for this money. If you compare it with Lemeridian and Grand Centara, it certainly loses in everything from breakfast to location and beach. Centara also has a public beach, but you do not need to cross the road, which is a significant inconvenience, especially if you are with children. Lemeridian with its paradise beach is a favorite on Karon! Another point, which, by the way, travel agents do not talk about and may not know, those who live in the main building cannot use the second pool. It is used only by guests who live in bungalows , it is really a paradox . Of course, I politely worried at the reception, and I was given a card to visit this pool. The on-site restaurant is so-so and three times more expensive than outside. For me, let it be more expensive, but let it be delicious. The road to the beach is not very tedious, you walk in the shade under the trees, it's really like in the jungle, it's very cool, the territory is bigger and very green, this is an undeniable plus of this hotel. And there are a lot of cafes nearby for any wallet, this is also an advantage! The room is normal , clean , white linen , towels are changed every day , soap and dusty accessories (shampoo , shower gel , hand soap (normal, used), toothpaste brush (not very, took their own). The rubber slippers are reusable in the room , they were completely killed , instead of the usual disposable slippers as before . I do not know who is dressing, personally I did not dare. Of course I won't come here anymore.

A piece of paradise on Earth. It feels like the hotel is located in a wooded area, with blue pools. A very cozy place. I also really liked the location of the hotel - right in the center of Karon, across the street from the sea. The room is new, the furniture and bathroom have been updated, the linen and towels are in perfect condition, the bathrobes were. The staff is smiling, nimble, trying to please. This hotel used to be a Movenpik, the new owner is probably trying too. But in the villas, there has not been any renovation yet.
