The interior is pleasant, though rather shabby. There is nothing to eat from the word at all. There is a constant lack of ice (in summer), components of drinks. Accordingly, there is no mixture for mulled wine, burners are not working, etc. It's nice that you can just get some water, even though it's running out all the time. There are no desserts, although the prices are far from low. The staff is trying, but either something is wrong with the managers or, in principle, there is no organization. They survive due to the lack of competition in the area, but most likely it won't be for long. In short, if there is an alternative, it is better not to go here.

The cafe is great. I would like to mention the cozy atmosphere: kind and courteous staff, good music, soft lighting and comfortable furniture. I didn't have to wait long for coffee: literally 1-2 minutes. I can recommend this cafe to everyone.

Rating: 0 out of 5 – the worst place I've ever visited! My rating of this so—called "institution" is categorically zero out of five, and this is still too generous. I have never encountered such blatant disregard for customers and basic hygiene standards! I came on December 09, 2025, hoping to place an order. There was an employee behind the counter who seemed to be busy with anything but his direct duties. I repeatedly and loudly addressed him, trying to attract attention, but he ignored me as if I simply did not exist! After waiting for about ten minutes, I tried to call out to him again — the result was the same: complete lack of reaction, zero interaction! This is not just poor service, it is demonstrative rudeness and bullying of the customer. Hygiene is an empty phrase here, and service is the height of indifference and incompetence. I strongly recommend that no one visit this place if you value your time, nerves and, most importantly, your health. It's just a horror and a disgrace!

Disgusting coffee and quality of service. To the question "Do you have decaffeinated coffee?" the barista girl with an ambiguous grin said no. There is no banana milk. Hello. I often took coffee from your cafe, about every three days, until today. Today I asked the girls to make me an ice cappuccino, they refused me, they said they only make ice lattes. We visited this institution on 12/27/2024 , rating 1 out of 5 . The staff did not understand how the certificate worked, they stood for about 15 minutes and stuck it in. The computer was completely buggy, somehow accepting the order (2 coffees, 2 desserts), we sat down and waited for our coffee. A gray - haired man came up after us and placed an order (most likely either the loader or the owner ) . After about 3 minutes, they brought him coffee. About 15 minutes later, they bring 1 coffee, we say that we did not order this one, they take it away. We continue to sit, periodically approaching the bar, after 10 minutes, unable to stand the guy gets up and goes to find out where our coffee is. The bartender looks and is like, "ahhh, we lost who had the order, here's your coffee on the bar. " At that moment , we were one of the people , a gray-haired man , and people occasionally approached . The question of how you can lose coffee to someone on the spot has remained a mystery.
