Paragraph is my favorite coffee chain. Sometimes I visit this coffee shop on my lunch break. Previously, there were minor (spot-on) problems with the courtesy of the staff. At the moment, the coffee shop has changed for the better, now it is a complete delight: from the food, drinks, interior, staff and the whole atmosphere. The choice of desserts is small, but extremely high-quality, the recipe is thought out to the smallest detail. I highly recommend you to visit

One of my favorite places in Minsk, beautiful and comfortable interior, come warm up in winter and drink cocoa is the best thing. I've been here quite often before, the staff is still friendly — they easily agreed to put the phone on charge; but this time it was as unpleasant as possible. 1. The problem with serving drinks is still unresolved; no one informs about the readiness and you have to pick it up yourself. 2. The tables look shabby (the one they were sitting at is generally dirty, as are the two closest ones), the chairs are in disarray, some lack napkins in principle, not to mention the napkins themselves. 3. The most disappointing thing is dirty dishes. It was as unpleasant as possible to get the long-awaited drink in a cup with a handle smeared in the match. I want to believe that at least the cup was clean from the inside when the drink was poured into it. It is a pity that the establishment has descended to this, because if the condition of the interior can be justified by the number of years of work, then dirty dishes are no longer possible.
