Paragraph is my favorite coffee chain. Sometimes I visit this coffee shop on my lunch break. Previously, there were minor (spot-on) problems with the courtesy of the staff. At the moment, the coffee shop has changed for the better, now it is a complete delight: from the food, drinks, interior, staff and the whole atmosphere. The choice of desserts is small, but extremely high-quality, the recipe is thought out to the smallest detail. I highly recommend you to visit

One of my favorite places in Minsk, beautiful and comfortable interior, come warm up in winter and drink cocoa is the best thing. I've been here quite often before, the staff is still friendly — they easily agreed to put the phone on charge; but this time it was as unpleasant as possible. 1. The problem with serving drinks is still unresolved; no one informs about the readiness and you have to pick it up yourself. 2. The tables look shabby (the one they were sitting at is generally dirty, as are the two closest ones), the chairs are in disarray, some lack napkins in principle, not to mention the napkins themselves. 3. The most disappointing thing is dirty dishes. It was as unpleasant as possible to get the long-awaited drink in a cup with a handle smeared in the match. I want to believe that at least the cup was clean from the inside when the drink was poured into it. It is a pity that the establishment has descended to this, because if the condition of the interior can be justified by the number of years of work, then dirty dishes are no longer possible.

The place is interesting in terms of its surroundings, conveniently located: the perfect place to stop by during a walk and have a cup of coffee. BUT it's a very long wait (about 20 minutes), + you bring the coffee yourself. Everything would be fine, but the readiness is not reported in any way, so often you pick up the coffee already cold. And to bring it to the second floor without leaving half of the contents on the floor is another task. And this is considering that the price tag is far from low. The paragraph has one of the best interiors I know. Furniture with a history. Music. It allows you to immerse yourself in another world. This is not mass cooking. But there are some rough edges here, too. Still, I would like to receive drinks already sitting at a table, and not leave all my things. Drinks do not always meet expectations, which, for the increased price in this segment, looks like customer neglect and not the most pleasant service.

A great place to catch your breath after a long walk around the city! A very helpful and kind girl at the checkout who agreed to bake a croissant! Thank you so much, it's such a small thing, but you lifted my mood) The atmosphere is interesting, high ceilings, you feel more comfortable because of this, in summer it is cooler and fresher on the ground floor because of the open doors, prices are like everywhere in coffee shops, there is a restroom, if necessary, you can charge your phone, the guys at the checkout will not refuse :)

It's a good place. Delicious coffee, good desserts and food. Very pleasant interior, good music that does not need to be shouted over. One of the disadvantages is a rather long wait, even when ordering on the spot, the waiter does not bring the order, there are two floors in the cafe and it is almost impossible to carry the mug to the second floor on your own without spilling.

I love the Paragraph network, we often visit this institution in Brest, but a recent trip specifically to this branch left so-so impressions. The atmosphere is good, the staff is quite pleasant, but the food questions are big, cheesecakes with red fish are terrible, firstly it's just not tasty, secondly - 2 small pieces of fish? What is it? Okay, we also tried pancakes with fish - again it's not tasty, the pancakes themselves are somehow artificial.. Potato cake - specifically, the chemical taste remains ..Cherry-coffee punch is more or less. It's worth working on the menu, otherwise it's new - but how it was agreed upon is not clear.

We came to this coffee shop on Sunday morning. The assortment of desserts is very meager. Apparently, what's left from Saturday night. There are no price tags in a prominent place. Only when I asked the barista, he gave me a small piece of paper with prices. I was unpleasantly surprised that the order had to be picked up on the spot. We had to go down from the 2nd floor, since a large table was reserved at the bottom near the barista's counter, 3-4 visitors were still sitting, and there were only empty tables near the toilet, the door of which was wide open. The order is not served on a tray, and the barista forgot to give the cutlery. In general, I did not like the service at all. I give two stars for delicious cheesecakes.

I was unpleasantly surprised by this place, because I had heard about the high quality. In total, I spent more than 20 minutes buying coffee for takeaway, provided that there was 1 person in line with me, and it was Friday at 5 p.m. One girl was taking orders very slowly, the other was missing somewhere. When a lot of 5+ people gathered, she came, and it became a little faster. I probably ran out of order receipts, they decided to either memorize them or write them down manually. I had to say my order three times for the girl to understand it (coffee with syrup + cookies). But even repeating it three times didn't help make the coffee hot on the first try, so I had to wait for it to be redone. The coffee is not bad, but I can't say that the price is justified. The place is certainly beautiful inside, but unfortunately I don't want to return there after my experience.

I was in this place once passing through, I was very surprised by the exterior. Everything is beautiful inside, cleaned, without bad smells, etc., in general, a pleasant place. The presence of a second floor adds charm to this place and it seems that the correspondence of the type of price and quality of service should be at the same level, but unfortunately that was not the case that day. All the time while I was taking an order and waiting in line (probably 5 minutes), one of the baristas was chatting with her friend in raised tones with a frank obscenity. There would be no complaints if it were some kind of pub, but as I said earlier, in appearance and cost, the place is obviously not one of those, and such treatment next to customers is unacceptable.

A very unusual and attractive space filled with the corporate comfort of the paragraph network. I was also impressed by the secluded corner under the floor lamp. Coffee is always on top, the only thing you can find fault with is the price for a cup of cappuccino - 6.9 for a double, the average for competitors is 6, I think. A special treat is a peanut cheesecake. Delicate, caramel gives a light shade along with nut crumbs, the sandy base crunches in the mouth and elegantly mixes the taste of brownies. I will definitely come again!

But: we've been in for the umpteenth time, and it's empty - there was a treasured cheesecake in the window (last time), and a couple of pieces of kish, - it was very scarce (it was 3 p.m. on Saturday) - there's nothing to drink coffee with, i.e. I couldn't sit again - and the cafe is half empty!!! I visited the coffee shop 2 times. The first time turned out to be acceptable, apart from the long wait for two drinks and a small assortment of food. The coffee tasted average. The second time was less successful. We took coffee to take away. Again, a long preparation, cappuccino for 2/10, bitter, tasteless. The cherry on the cake is a glass filled with only 80%. I understand, the economy, everything is fine. But if I pay the full cost of the drink, I would like to receive a full glass. Especially when the cappuccino costs 7.20.
