The establishment itself is cozy. The coffee and dessert are very tasty, the staff is polite. The room is cozy and beautiful, BUT the armrests of the chairs are greasy and dirty... They leave much to be desired, it would seem such a small thing, but it really spoils the impression of the institution. Everything is nice, cozy, delicious food, but when faced with dirty chairs, the desire to visit this institution again, unfortunately, remains questionable.

However, I would like to see more options for rafa, for example, as in ‘Cocoon'. I am especially pleased that coupons for the "Motsnaya Kartka" are very often distributed here for a 50% discount or 50% discount on the second identical drink. I always use them, thank you!))) Especially on New Year's Eve, the atmosphere here is simply magical! In general, this is a pretty cool place where you can sit and chat with friends over a cup of coffee.

In the morning, it was not yet 8, two girls (coffee workers) turned on the music very loudly, which made the ears sluggish even on the street. It doesn't seem like you have a night club - why is it immediately negative, small children go to school, to kindergarten and have to listen to dirty songs? Turn it on so that others don't get in the way, I wonder how the neighbors live in this house if this happens. If you play this kind of music to your customers.

The coffee shop is very cozy and stylish as always. Since we have been to our favorite network more than once, we decided to crawl author's drinks, I must say right away - we were very sorry. Lemon latte is bitter and tastes as if with the addition of lemon detergent. Blueberry-raspberry RAF is bittersweet. How delicious it is as usual! They also couldn't help but order their favorite desserts. But then came the disappointment: Tsvetaevsky pie (with a ball of ice cream) is incredibly delicious Tartlet with nuts is sweet and tasty, however, as usual But Napoleon was very upset, because he was so dry that he had to take out a fork with napkins. The barista said that this is normal - you can warm it up, maybe it will get better 🤦🏻♀️ The impressions are certainly not unambiguous. Very sorry.
