I've been buying the same toilet water for two years, and I've always bought it at points of sale. Then I decided to order via mail. The fragrance didn't "go", it was completely different. I contacted the seller, and I was very upset and sure that I would never buy their toilet water again in my life. But the way the company acted, I was very pleasantly surprised, and I would like to express my gratitude. I am surprised that we have such customer-oriented stores in Belarus.
