I went to this store in order to choose and purchase perfume, but I was faced with outright snobbery from the sellers. Instead of professional advice and help in choosing, I received appraising looks from head to toe and a dismissive tone.Consultants behave as if they are doing a huge favor by simply answering questions about the availability of the product. Testers give grudgingly, communicate through clenched teeth, and look at customers as people "not on their level." Complete lack of customer orientation and basic politeness. There was no desire to buy anything in such an atmosphere. Don't set foot here anymore, avoid this place!
