The staff, of course, is Soviet, with an appropriate approach, attitude and service... You can wait 5 minutes for the administrator to finish talking with a friend on the phone, or 10 minutes for the manicurist to smoke, or wait until the napkins for the solarium are brought... But the prices are good: haircuts, manicure and solarium. There is a shellac coating and the price is pleasant. The solarium is vertical, and although it is not super powerful, it is quite nothing. Not weak, that's for sure. It costs 3.5 UAH per minute.
