The level is a cafe. The kitchen is not the worst, but not for the restaurant level. The service leaves much to be desired. They gave one waiter girl to the banquet, for 18 people, who is an absolute beginner - she knows nothing and does not have time, plus she speaks only Kazakh. The musical selection, however, was not bad for our case.
