Convenient placement of houses, playgrounds and parking lots. Sturdy, energy-efficient houses with wide walls and large windows. Apartments in houses outside Parisien with satisfactory repairs. The disadvantages are noise and emissions from the boiler room and production facilities, especially at night. Loaded highways also contribute. It is worth thinking about repurposing production facilities, rather than expelling them to the outskirts of the city.
