Obviously, this is a certain private person meeting clients in an office rented for one day, and, of course, the bank is not responsible for such meetings. Reading other reviews, it becomes clear that it is better not to deal with this bank.

Most often there is 1 cash register . I saw people who tried to pay rent , Internet , energy in this bank , and then the movement is slowed down specifically .

There is no electronic queue! One window is always practically working! You come at 8:30 to change the currency, and the currency exchange is only from 9:00. What the hell . And everyone is sitting and waiting for these 30 minutes. The point of working from 8:30????

Never, do you hear, never contact this bank!!! They don't have loans, but a proven scheme for pumping money out. In normal banks, the loan repayment amounts decrease, but they increase! If you decide to repay part of the loan ahead of time, then they are credited for the next months, you pay only interest, but there is no repayment of the principal debt. And after a few months, out of the blue - the amount after three years is more than in the first year ... everything is very cunningly written in the contract, and if you don't deal with this case and don't figure it out, you won't understand what's what, only after you come across, delve into the contract and understand that you have you have no chance of ending your relationship with this "bank", faster payments are still not accepted, only if you make the entire remaining amount in one payment. The bank sends you an SMS "we ask you to pay off the loan debt and the amount", you believe that you are paying off the main debt, but in fact only interest. I wish this bank all the worst from the bottom of my heart, although they will flourish with such schemes for a long time ... there simply cannot be an assessment of their "legitimate fraudulent" actions, even -10. Just bypass this bank and read the reviews on the website of the Ministry of Finance.

One of the terrible banks. I'll tell you my story. We took a loan from them after 5 days, everything was paid on time, the last payment was in January 2021, after almost 2 months an SMS with content arrives, dear customer, pay a fine of 0.35 kopecks, then a week later another SMS with the same content arrives. I call the bank so and so what SMS mailing comes, and they say you have a debt of 2 KOPECKS ... + you have a sanction of 1 base value (29.00 rubles) + another 0.35 kopecks debt. That is, they specifically waited until the debt accumulates and the fine is already in the form of 1 basic.. It is clear that anyone will pay 2 kopecks, but I did not expect such an attitude towards customers.. Did not call, did not warn that you have a debt in order to avoid a fine, please pay.And the matter did not end there, after they paid a fine in the form of 29 rubles and a penalty in the amount of 35 kopecks, we decided to check after a couple of hours, just in case everything was paid, we go in and see those 2 kopecks unpaid. that is, if we hadn't looked and rechecked, they would have imposed penalties and sanctions again. Then they deliberately waited until the payment was overdue, and, of course, spoiled the client's EXCELLENT credit history with their fines.
