On the one hand, I like this branch: it is located in the city center, often with good exchange rates, and periodically interesting deposit options. But there is one disadvantage- the lack of information about the break of the specialist and the exchange office on the sign on the street. If you don't know when they have lunch/break, you run into lunch and have to wait. According to the specialists, there doesn't seem to be a clear break time at all (I didn't find any information either on the website or on the department's stands/folders). They came at different times, and found themselves in the absence of a specialist on the spot with a "break" sign. When did she leave? How long is the break? That's why the star was shot. When there's only one specialist at the reception, you have to wait. In the absence of a specialist, they can send me to the department at 11 Gogol Passage (but if I came here, it means I'm more comfortable here). Otherwise, there are no questions. The Russian Federation banknote (5000₽) was not accepted because, according to the cashier, it was "kind of worn out." The bill was ordinary , moderately worn . Compared to the other bills , which were practically new , it just looked worse . But the cashier took the position of not changing this bill. He could not provide any reasonable arguments to justify such a decision. He just tried to read out to me the point of the rules about the presence of stains on the bill. When I asked to show where exactly the cashier sees the spot, the cashier said, "Well..she's a bill in you, like one big stain." As a result, I had to go to a nearby bank and change this bill there. It is clear that she was accepted there without any questions at all.
