Paritetbank, unfortunately, did not meet my expectations, and I have to give it only 2 out of 5. Initially, everything looked quite encouraging: polite staff and convenient location of branches. However, having started using their services more deeply, I faced a number of problems.Firstly, the service speed leaves much to be desired. The simple opening of the account took almost an hour due to the disorganization and slow service at the counter. This became especially noticeable during peak hours, when the number of customers clearly exceeds the capabilities of the staff. Secondly, Internet banking is also not encouraging. Technical failures often occur, the interface is outdated and inconvenient to use. Financial reports and other important documents are difficult to find, and information updates are delayed. I will also note the problems with customer support. Calls are answered for a long time, operators are not always competent and often cannot help solve problems, which is why they have to personally visit the department. Plus, the tariffs for services are not quite competitive. For many transactions, fees are charged, which in other banks have long been included in the standard package of services without additional costs. In conclusion, the main drawback is the overall reliability. The bank delayed the transfer of funds several times, which led to inconvenience and anxiety. Such unpredictability in financial matters is unacceptable. Summing up, Paritetbank leaves a dual impression: we see what we want, but we do not receive the proper quality of services. I hope to improve their service in the future, but at the moment I cannot recommend this bank for serious financial transactions.

When making out the card, I clarified the conditions several times – the girl replied several times that the card was paid and took the card to the cashier to pay. It turned out that I did not pay for the card, but for insurance "against misleading the cardholder", and the card is actually free. That's how ugly the bank employee himself misled me, a trifle, but unpleasant. If possible, I will terminate the agreement on the card and insurance. The bank numbers in the contract are non-existent, you can only get through to the contact center.
