It seemed that everyone was working for the first day. The waiters had to be asked to wipe the table, the receptionist / waiter, when serving on the next table, put bread in the basket with her bare hands (without gloves). Serving dishes from the main menu is an hour. The dining complex itself was served quickly, it was not bad. Otherwise, the service is very lame.

We celebrated a wedding celebration in this cafe. Initially, we agreed on a certain menu and a certain amount. We thought everything would go according to plan, we made not an advance payment for the week of the celebration, but the full amount, it was calculated that we would pay extra for alcohol. And now the day has come, the celebration is coming to an end, it is necessary to pay off the check, and what we see: instead of the estimated ~ 400 rubles, we need to pay almost 1000 extra. Of course, we had no questions for the service staff, as they only knocked out this check. The next day, the cook tried to explain to us that the amount had changed due to the fact that we had arranged the tables differently from what we had planned, and the chairs were not set up like that (sorry, what?). We looked at the receipt, not only was the cost of one serving of the dish changed (at the time of discussion it was for example 2.40, the receipt already costs 2.70), but we also added two dishes that we did not order! And they added them without our knowledge! Naturally, at the event itself there was no time to wander around the tables and calculate what and how much it costs. This is the MOST TERRIBLE DISADVANTAGE of this institution (according to friends, neither we are the first nor we are the last to be treated there). Special thanks to the waiters, the bartender, the DJ who served us and treated us with understanding. The dishes are generally delicious.
