Cool residential complex : excellent architecture (not a Rubik's cube, like many buildings around, but a more interesting solution), good sound insulation, a cozy courtyard where the holidays are held- it was great for the new year)!

We were visiting Astana. We lived in the complex for 3 days. It's very cozy. Excellent territory of the complex. Across the street is a park with a pond for sports and recreation. It's just great.

I'll start with the disadvantages: The quality of sound insulation leaves much to be desired!
It is very difficult to take a shower and wash dishes, the water temperature is constantly changing. Sometimes it's hot, sometimes it's cold.
Yard lighting: turn on in the evening when it is not dark yet, the light is on at night, and in the morning at 7 o'clock it is turned off, as a result, children go to school in a slippery dark courtyard.
Among the advantages: the location of the LCD, a beautiful enclosed courtyard, a beautiful entrance group.
